Manager Communication:
Very busy opening. Wyatt and I opened up with Nat and Greg. Got the big ass Baldor order socked away and re-upped the walk-in on some essentials after the openers did their stock for the morning. Sales keep growing - going to be another very busy day! - IP
Ian did a mad restock of the Valentine's day massacre of stock. Thank you sir.  People be imbibing.-LB
Note when bringing back the new stackable cambros to let them dry, they will get gross if they are stacked wet, obviously this level of business cannot accommodate everything. -LB
Busy night, nice to be back. -LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Patrick and Greg handled some very busy rushes today for WH - one note for both of them is to be a little more proactive about the ancillary tasks that make resetting smoother and follow-up rushes less hectic (i.e. glassware restocking, bussing, etc.). Otherwise they kept the pace up and service was smooth. - IP
Darius is killing it in the lobby holding down some intense guests and keeping it positive.-LB
Trees night team was in full perfect coordination.-LB
Darius kindly opted to give the ground floor team another 15 minutes prior to routing since the theaters were all popping off drink-wise, nice teamwork. He is a machine shutting that thing down.-LB

FOH Staff Observations:
Connor kept getting in my way at the pass during a WH rush and I was a bit curt with him, so I bought him a shot of tequila when he got off work to apologize. I paid at Lobby bar.-LB
It is astounding to see how hard everyone in this building works when we are busy, they make it look easy and seamless.-LB
Great vibes today, lots of hard work for a good Sunday night of a three day weekend. -LB

Special Events?
Sundays on Fire was a banger today. - IP

Bar Meeting Agenda notes:
consider having a par list for lobby and trees post-inventory replacement to make sure they have back bottles for the theater menus?-LB

86ed / counts on items: It feels like between Tuesday when Gus and I saw more kahlua that there is none now.-LB

Prep List:
Despite batching over pars for the weekend, I did have to throw some things together in between rushes - but everything was totally set for opening and the first round. I think during these peak busy weekends, batching on Saturdays and Sundays is an inevitability - however, the preparation that was made for this weekend made it a breeze to crank out what was needed after the depletion of the first couple of rounds. Thanks, Friday and Saturday Teams! - IP
Tea, hot bananas, giant chili salt, half batch simple and honey syrup.-LB
Gus, I left you a batch list on the white board.-LB

Lost & Found?: Balaclavagate continues.  Mother stopped by to try and encourage us finding it.-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Received big boy Baldor order. Stocked up for at least the beginning of the week (lol!) - IP

We will need to order Rice Milk pronto - we're also looking like we're starting to dwindle on our wine supply in the walk-in. Also need to order more white sugar. - IP
I ordered sugar and rice milk-LB
Baldor and To Rise coming tomorrow-LB

Maintenance:
Omg, the ice machines are gloriousssss :) - IP
The ice is slightly frail and wet, but the temperature is much different outside so I think she is just dandy. -LB
Ran dish machine maintenance on Trees dishpit. -LB
I deep cleaned the top of the margarita and black manhattan kegs-LB

Mobilebytes Issues: Bartenders request an Espresso Martini button for price and a Spaghett button.-LB
