Well it was full moon fever here today.  A very upset woman came to Lobby trying to find her friend's tickets to No Other Choice at 5:30, it was about 6pm. I found her ticket and located her friend. The woman began sobbing uncontrollably again on the third floor, so I got her friend outside.  Didn't want her to disturb the film or be a nonwelcome friend.  Her friend sat with her, I had to hustle back to the bar to help the rush and asked Dion to bring them passes.  The upset guest was also pretty drunk as she vomited all over the third floor bathroom. At the same time Josef was trying to find out what we were playing soon and it was not a great time.  Sundays are like Saturdays until about 8pm. -LB

I think that we should have a quick meeting with the bar managers after the all-manager meeting on Wednesday. I think we can go over the system for the new cambros and the new coffee brewing situation at Trees lounge. I can type up a memo for the bar staff so we are all on the same page.  -LB
If anyone strong enough can push back the coffee/hot water table, I believe it is fully fixed now. Although it started a phantom brew cycles during service. -LB

Love the new open close sheet for DW2, I think we should also put a cue sheet there for each day as Eric was asking me for one the other day and it is likely useful.-LB

Blue haired Katherine had drinks with LaShae tonight and forgot to pay, I put it on the wall of shame. Everyone else has been really great about not forgetting tabs after work and everyone has been wonderful when ordering, so don't take this as a usual occurence.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
