Manager Communication: 

Pulp Fiction was the hot ticket this morning, with most of the first round being pretty mellow, and the second round definitely picking up a bit more.  Definitely got a bit of a pop right after Pulp Fiction let out, but most of the crowd was eventually beckoned away by the warm temps and unstoppable sunshine. JH

Snagged a mom trying to dump 7 minors in Scream 7 at 6:10pm, told her she had to stay, she left them there but apparently another mom came by. At the same time another 4 minors came to the theater unattended and I told them that as an R rated movie they had to have a guardian present.  I took them to lobby bar and gave them credits for their tickets, they are trying to get a mom to return for the later showing. I told them if they came back I would get them a popcorn for being great and following the rules. * They did come back just to use the bathrooms in the lobby, since they couldn't get a guardian, but they may try tomorrow. -LB
I learned from Michael, Security guard, that he also does cleaning for a living, so if we need another deep clean Rebecca, maybe talk to him.-LB 

This one felt like a long one but everyone was in hard-working good spirits. Love this team here at NPP.-LB

Customer Comments: A woman was utterly upset at Wuthering Heights and she left early to complain at Trees.-LB 

People have been a bit extra this Saturday. I feel like customers cannot follow any of the normal rules during Scream 7.-LB 

Tonight was a heavy lift for the lobby ticket office. I have not experienced so many parents trying to buy tickets to an R rated movie.  Well, besides my parents. But that aside, at 10:15pm parents tried to bring two children under 8 to Scream 7. Right before this someone tried to get a children's discount for Scream 7, the alleged child was not with them and I told them we don't offer children pricing for R rated films.  It feels like our policies could be posted sized for a weekend like this.  Mind-boggling.-LB 

BAR Staff Observations: 

Chill opens, with Trees stocked up on the drink special for Pulp Fiction, and Gabrielle getting in just as that theater was about to open.  Pretty mellow for the first two rounds, which gave bar plenty of time to set up evening team for success. JH

FOH Staff Observations: Alex M has been giving lead energy much more often lately. I am glad to see his confidence return.-LB

Special Events? 

Lauren's drink sold pretty well during the screening, and we should be all set for tomorrow with the remaining product. JH


Prep List:

Natasha got us back up on Margarita + Tom Collins kegs.  I made a batch of Chains of Love and Hello, Sidney right before the dinner rush kicked off. JH

Cosmo keg kicked. I don't know if we need to batch an entire keg of this. Maybe a half keg.-LB

Lost & Found?: a pair of random keys on the floor at trees with a Might-T-Lock key on it. -LB

We got the frothers for the Singani event. -LB

Maintenance: There is some speculation that the water filters might be the cause of the dilute coffee being brewed. Still no real conjecture as to what is going on. Two more dilute brew cycles from the Trees machine on the right side.  I heard there was also one dilute brew cycles from the lobby.-LB
