Manager Communication:  Jared tried tapping the black Manhattan keg when it was empty. It ended up spraying him with Manhattan. I tried to tap it, but it was leaking gas, so I had to reaffix the gasket, but it sprayed me as it had sprayed him. I am unsure what is wrong, but I did not have time to troubleshoot the broken keg and I poured the keg into the other working keg. But we should try to figure out if something is wrong or it just needs to be tightened or cleaned.-LB
Patrick reached out ahead of the snow, so let's just keep the bartenders that are on the schedule tomorrow in the loop regarding snow. -LB

Customer Comments: A woman hit her head on a nail sticking out of the wall by the James Dean painting. I put masking tape on it, it should be pulled out or hammered against the wall. I bought her a drink.  She filled out an incident report that I tacked to the cork board, since I do not know what is up with the scanner.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: Greg stuck around til just before 10 since Trees was bustling and we have a good rush in the last Send Help. I took over for Jeshua in the lobby at 9pm.  I closed, Gab came and checked my work.-LB
Lydia and Gab rocked a busy Trees. Good vibes all around tonight, hard work and heads down.-LB

(Bar) Unboxing wines in the walk in has fallen to the wayside, with a bunch of open half full boxes chilling beneath very empty shelves.  I shelved what I could fit, and all remaining (unopened) boxes are on the middle shelves.  We have two more boxes of Aupa + Bevi Orange, all remaining Pecornio + Rose are unboxed on the shelves. 86ed / counts on items: We are done with our Kahlua stockpile. So we like have to 86 Irish Coffee.

Lost & Found?: 
A ring was found on the floor of the Trees women's bathroom, around 2:30pm.  I have it on a post it in the office in case someone comes for it today, but we can just drop it off in the Lobby closet if it is not claimed by closing. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Amazon (rice milk) + Baldor + Manhattan arrived. JH

Kitchen accidentally took our sugar, so I asked Chef Jared to please add a bag to their next Baldor delivery and the opening bar manager that day can just grab it.  The delivery may arrive tomorrow or Monday, due to the incoming snow. JH

Maintenance: 
The bubbler in Lobby was making a high-pitched whining sound, that ranged in volume from very soft to distractingly loud.  The machine appeared to be working fine otherwise, with temperature remaining consistently cool.  Spoke about it with Lauren and we re pretty sure this means we need to replace the flanges. JH
I looked for our back up stash and could not find, we probably need more. I ordered 4 from webstaurant along with two cases of rocks glasses since we have no back ups.-LB

Gabrielle noticed the soda gun under the draft lines is flat compared to the other guns.-LB
I put the nail that is by the pool table on the maintenance doc.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
