Manager Communication: 
Decently busy first round, with both Corpse Bride and the Th3 "WH" selling really well.  Once we hit the second round, most theaters were pretty full, which seemed to be the trend for the rest of the day.  All of the new releases seem to be selling really well, which kept all floors bustling. JH

I realize I wasn't here for the start of the day, but man- I was very impressed with everyone tonight. Just people busting to get things done. Shouts to all the PM folks who were just out here not complaining and giving the staff energy.

Customer Comments: Lots of 'em tonight. They all seemed to be having a good time.

BAR Staff Observations: 
Greg and Natasha set both bars up for success, and sailed through service in the first round.  Matthew got in just as our first large theater "WH" was seating in Th2 and Trees had a bit of a busy pop, so got right into it and then covered Greg for a restock and a break.  Jeshua and Gabrielle got in just as both bars were getting hit with a bunch of service tickets, and were both able to do big restocks once things had settled down a bit. JH

FOH Staff Observations: Kat can do a bit of crowding when you're plating drinks. I had to tell them to please back up. -GS

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
(Bar) Rocking weekend brunch with one mid on a Saturday has been working pretty well and is definitely assisted by having Lobby closer and Trees pre-closer in a little earlier.  I will note that our usual brunch openers (Greg, Natasha, + Matthew) are exceedingly capable when it comes to preparing both bars for busy services and are very good at keeping up with the cue sheet. JH

A lot of water cups in grey racks today, both at opening and throughout service.  We may need to get more brown racks, if we can get a count on what we have in-house after the weekend. JH

86ed / counts on items: Apple -9 (if we have time could we make another 50)

Prep List: 
I went and bought limes. We have more tomorrow.
Prepped Bloody- 2 4 quarts are ready to rock in the walk in
We need to make another Margarita keg, but we have a full one. We are cool.

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Ian, we are going to be getting a pretty sizable Baldor order tomorrow. I'm sorry. And the grapefruits are not an accident- they are for Wednesday.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
