Manager Communication: 
Smooth opening. Jared and I got things rolling - nothing to report. -GS

Gus batched like a madman. The utter professionalism and hustle from the Friday Lead Team makes being able to shore up odds and ends much less of a lift, so we were able to reorganize the kegs and get the walk-in ready for the weekend. - IP
Tapped our last keg of KCBC in the walk-in, just FYI.

BAR Staff Observations: 
Matthew and Patrick opened up. First round was chill. -GS

Nat and Matt are automatic. Patrick stuck around til about 9:15 and Matt left shortly thereafter. Gab had a pretty busy night in the lobby. She is always great down there and tonight was no exception. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: 
Caleb is a wonderful asset to the team. - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Charlie Leo - out sick. Probably out tomorrow - got coverage situated. -GS

Prep List: 
Batched a ton of stuff. Firewalks, OF keg, Lemonade, Collins - it is stocked for the weekend. -GS

Before Patrick left, Matthew had a chance to pop back and crank out a couple of Bloody Mary concentrates. I made another Appletini batch (and updated the count to 65) and a huge cambro of simple syrup while Nat closed things down. - IP

Negroni keg kicked on last drinks of night. Backup keg should get made tomorrow (if possible). - IP

Maintenance: 
The ice machine at trees is on the fritz again - I think it might be working out the kinks from the recent plumbing work - this happens sometimes. I turned her off for a while and reset her at the end of the night - hopefully there is a full bin of ice in the morning - if not, the lobby machine is fully operational. - IP
Before leaving I checked on the machine and it seems to be cycling properly now that the building is empty. Definitely get eyes on the ice levels first thing tomorrow! - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
