Manager Communication: 
Machines good to go. I also affixed the holder piece for the second ice bucket to the little nook between the breaker box and the door frame (basically, right behind where the dirty glass racks are stacked up at Trees). It's out of the way and now DOH compliant - and now Trees has an extra bucket handy to help expedite opening and ice restocking. - IP

We received Sarene today so we are back up on Al's and Deviation Stout.  

Very cold evening, with the special screening of Hamnet being the biggest pop of the night.  Not too many folks stayed afterwards for a drink, so it was a pretty sedate Trees Lounge once the third round was underway. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Matthew is the opener supreme. He took pictures for Gus for our instructional book.-LB

Easygoing evening at both bars, so Matthew was able to get out of here once the second round in Th2 had settled.  Both Gabrielle and Jeshua closed each bar without issue. JH

Special Events?
Hamnet screening was very smooth.  Made sure to pre-shift with Jeshua and Dwight down in Lobby well before guests began arriving, and then James took the lead with servers and the people from Focus. JH 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
When un-86 items during service, we should be doing a cursory check of the 86'd whiteboards in each server station, as well as touching base with floor managers and any lead servers we can.  It can sometimes take a round for the whole building to catch up if we don't follow up immediately after updating MB. JH

Made Horchata that is steeping in the walk-in and should be strained some time after 1p tomorrow.

The whiteboard in the Liquor Room was correct in its prediction that several cocktail kegs would kick this evening.  Cosmo (waited until 11:20pm to kick :D) + Mr. & Mrs. Tom Collins + Old Fashioned kicked.  All kegs are washed and waiting in the walk in.  Otherwise, walk-in is looking nice and stocked up. JH

US foods placed for Friday .To Rise placed for tomorrow. I put in for more skull cocktail picks.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
