Manager Communication: 
Decent evening for a warm winter weeknight, with the running club keeping Trees bopping well into the third round. JH

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone was here and well into the dinner round when I got in, and Tevon was out of here after assisting with breaks and restocks.  Matthew got out of here just as Trading Places was loading in, as the runner crowd had really mellowed out by then, and I figured Gabrielle and I could knock out that initial service push in twenty minutes (I was correct).  Routed lobby at nine to give Gabrielle some time to get into the pre-close groove before theaters began hitting last call, and both Jeshua and Gabrielle closed each bar without issue. JH

Special Events? 
Running group started to trickle in shortly before eight, and hung around Trees until just about ten.  As usual, a very easygoing group that brings some welcome weeknight business to Trees Lounge.  One thing I did notice, and it may be because of Dry January, but they order a lot of Al's this evening.  Should we potentially work in an n/a special like we do for PSP? JH

86ed / counts on items: 
86'd Wild Deviation Stout.  Villbrygg SKOG is on a count, the last open bottle lives at Trees. JH 

Prep List: 
Ready for ST&B + Bone Temple drink photos tomorrow.  Will need to make another Margarita keg before the weekend. JH

Lost & Found?: 
A guest came in looking for a balaclava she had left behind.  She had emailed us and we did indeed have it, at the time.  After sending the email, James brought it down to Lobby, and left it labeled and dated just inside the projection booth.  

However, it was absolutely nowhere to be found when the guest came in, and me and James went through every bin and bag of L&F that we could find.  I apologized to the guest and told her we would reach out this week, by email, to let her know if we had found it. 

Guest's name was Keren Liu. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
12%, hometown coffee came. 
US foods in for Friday.  Baldor coming tomorrow. Baldor bringing limes, Saratoga and apricot puree Saturday 

Maintenance: 
Ian did a phenomenal job cleaning the lowboy in the liquor room. Let's try to keep it nice.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
