Manager Communication: 
Dumbwaiter is happening. I moved the bar cart to in front of the walk-in so the runners can turn with trays. Lets just keep an eye on how things are going regarding restocks and traffic.-LB

Tora! Tora! Tora! more like Corner! Corner! Corner! be mindful coming out of liquor room and walk-in. Although I think the smell of food will remind us.-LB
Ian did some R&D for the CharlieXCX special. -LB

Becca was a hero tonight - I had to change a keg and grab something from the liquor room, so I swung Greg up to Trees momentarily to help with the Pre-Code after-party, and Becca held down the lobby for the team for 10-15 mins. Dion was everywhere tonight. Good stuff. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:  Lydia and Tevon had slow opens. Cut Tevon after family  meal and brought Lydia up for the pre-code pre-film busy period.  Greg holding down the lobby and Nia all ready to make Blonde in hell,-LB

Pre-Code party was very busy. The bar crush was legit, and I had to jump in to help several times. I did my best to stay back and let Nia handle the bar and close without excessive training wheels, given the very chill night aside from the Pre-Code party, (and she has been here for well long enough to know what needs done), and it was not the best showing. Would love to discuss more at the bar meeting. - IP

Markenson swept and mopped the walk-in and the liquor room today! He is the best.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
