Manager Communication:
Snow-my-goodness gracious! People still braved the elements to get their cinematic fix, and the team was ready. James and I got the building open with Greg and Natasha helming the bars. Carly came in shortly after doors and we were off. 
The last round being finished aroun 10p combined with the level of sales allowed us to do some schedule reordering - we cut Jeshua's close, and moved Patrick and Charlie's in times both to 4p. 
I was somehow logged in at Trees and my number started some checks. Did a checkout-LB

I moved the high top tables to the mezzanine, a table to bar storage along with some chairs and bar stools for tomorrow's Hank's Saloon party. I may take away some stools still depending on how the weather looks tomorrow.-LB
Chill vibes to end the night. Hopefully tomorrow everything is clear after the little bit of snow in the morning.-LB




BAR Staff Observations:
Greg and Nat opened up both bars with no issue. Nat drove here, so I got her out of here as early as possible. Some guests camped out at Trees for a while, but no theaters popped off so Greg handled the bar solo. 

FOH Staff Observations:
Isobel is a delight to work with. Her wonderful demeanor is matched only by her work ethic. Exemplary server. - IP



Sick Leave/ Call outs:
Cut Jeshua's closing shift, which he seemed very happy about (as evidenced by the meme of a cat on a snowboard he texted me in response). - IP



Prep List:
As per whiteboard, made a batch of Peace & respite - count is at 85, also replenished the simple syrup. - IP
I made the drink special for tomorrow. Everything is labeled in a bus tub in the walk-in. -LB
I also put counts on the PBR and shot specials for tomorrow-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Chef Jared let me know that any deliveries that were scheduled for tomorrow (Mon 1/26) have been postponed due to the snowstorm. - IP

Maintenance:
If we have more mats for the entryway it might be smart to put one on the landing outside of Trees Lounge - that area seems to get pretty dicey with people coming in and out to use the restrooms/elevator/etc. - IP
The moisture carried around the building on the floor was exponential today. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
