Manager Communication:
Final holiday break day, and kiddos back to school tomorrow. Today was quite busy throughout the morning - Marty continues to crush. Last night put a big dent in a lot of our product, but we managed to make it through until the Baldor order came through around 4p. - IP 
Ugh so sorry it was so late. Yesterday was a bonkers day, did not feel like dry January in here.
I forgot to mention that I broke out a case of water cups, I will see where we are with back up service items tomorrow. 
I also am putting a service call into Coke to try and get the guns in better shape. (service ticket 35455207) -LB
The new bulb in the women's restroom at Tree's is quite bright, like playing baseball at night bright. If there are other options for that.-LB
While in bar storage looking for extra pool table balls I noticed the Brad Landers for Congress signs are still in there. I am sure their team would want to pick them up if we have their contact.-LB
I have been encouraging bartenders to work on Spring Menu stuff and am excited to work on this with them.-LB


BAR Staff Observations:
Natasha and Greg opened. Greg was able to work the lobby with no limitations, and Nat crushed the morning rushes. Nia and Patrick were the mids. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Siete continues to be a dish-pit champion. Helped Natasha immensely this morning. - IP


86ed / counts on items: The 8 ball on the pool table is missing. I went to see if we had a back up and we do not. I took a 4 ball, since we have a bunch and sharpied it so they could play. Unsure if we should order a whole set or if it's possible to get single replacements. -LB
I put Deviation Stout on a count.-LB

Prep List:
Made fresh Menta Cream this morning and then backed up all the empty kegs. - IP 
Ian is amazing. I did not get to the black Manhattan. I did make Midnight Cowboy (I used Bardstown bourbon, I didn't see the Abasolo behind the bar at Trees.) Ariel, if you can make Froco when the small coke comes in tomorrow. -LB




Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
Received Baldor. Back up on garnish fruit and Saratogas. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
