Manager Communication: Smooth open. Jared and I got things going with ease. Jenn did inventory. Easy start
I think the lobby mid shift can be cut for tomorrow (I MADE NO CUTS)(based off of current numbers). I emailed as well for y'all to see.
Busy night. Marty Supreme really has a good drinking crowd that stays rockin nonstop. - AB2
I took 1 Kota bottle and 3 Genziana bottles over for NWB. - AB2
Negroni kicked. I have keg cleaned in the liquor room. Mr & Mrs TC will probably kick any minute. We have Coke syrup but no FROCO in the walk in at the moment. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: We cut Tevon, moved Gabrielle to open, Matthew to close lobby and Natasha to close trees -GS
I cut Patrick a lil after Natasha got in.
I cut Gabrielle after the dinner round fully settled.
Matthew went down to lobby at that point and closed Lobby and Natasha closed Trees. Was really thankful to have Natasha and Matthew tonight. They absolutely killed it. - AB2

86'd Las Californias Gin. I verbally 86'd the Snap Out of It in the meantime. Was not sure what Gin to use in place. - AB2

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
