Manager Communication: Easy open. Jenn on Inventory. Jared and I opened the building, smooth.

Nice and busy in Tree's all night. I looked down and it was 10 o'clock. PSP was poppin' - AB2

Customer Communication:
Birthday People in Mezzanine were ended up being a lot tonight. They were rude and left the Mezz looking like a Chuck E. Cheese kids party. They made it impossible to clear glasses and plates from them and didn't have much respect for the team. I spent 30 minutes cleaning the mezzanine after they left. Not the biggest deal to me but I only say all this to let y'all know what to be aware of if this lady wants to book anything in the future. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: We cut Natasha, but then found out Matthew Soler's saitica was at him so we cut him and brought back Natasha. Props to Natasha for stepping in and helping to rectify a situation I didn't even know about. 

Tevon and Greg nailed opening.

Gabrielle rocked it out in lobby with no issues at all. Natasha closed solo and went a lil late because she had a big stock to do at the end of the night. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Kyah killed in TH7 today. Was hyped that she required no attention and just bodied each round.

Special Events? PSP, which today was quite rocking. I'

PSP was quite rocking indeed. They ordered more food than usual today. Some guests were not happy with ticket times. I told the bar team that they can either rush food orders in the future or inform the guests that the ticket times may be longer than usual due to the big theaters getting in. - AB2

Prep List: Tevon did tons of prep

I was able to batch an Arbol Tequila
We will need to batch Desperado & Dream Big tomorrow.
We have 2qts of Bloody in the Walk-In
Holy Mountain needs liquor added to the Horchata to be done. - AB2

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: I ordered more y peelers for the bar. 
Baldor is coming tomorrow.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
