Manager Communication: 
Looking ahead to ticket sales tomorrow, I'm fairly sure we can push back the mids.  Ariel, if you can please check in with the bartenders and see how malleable they are with their schedules tomorrow, I can make adjustments when I get in. JH

Definitely concur w/ Jenn for scheduling tomorrow. Ariel and I discussed and he is coordinating with the bar team to figure out the gameplan. - IP

Ok peeps, I reached out to everyone. Natasha responded first that she wanted the cut so I gave it to her.
- Matthew is opening lobby 9am-BD & Gabrielle is opening Tree's (9am-BD)
- I pushed Charlie back a smidge to 1pm-BD
Openers are staying as normal
- Jeshua 5pm-CL Lobby
- Patrick & Nia 5:15-CL Tree's

I informed the whole team of the plan and everyone is up to speed & everything has been updated on 7Shifts. Numbers look very low for tomorrow and I believe the snow will also have a lot of eCredit requests. - AB2
 
Specials sheets, batch, garnish. accoutrement have all been dispensed to both bars accordingly for the Bone Temple Special, Peace & Respite (and oooo man that drink looks SO GOOOOOD!)
The red table flags have steadily gone missing over the course of the last few months, so I broke out the last of the box we had in the bar storage in Trees. Ariel said he would check NWB to see if they might have more - otherwise we should order more at some point. 
Ariel brought up a great point about our new dumbwaiter/bar prep space - we definitely need to install corner mirrors outside of the liquor room, the blind corner of the dumbwaiter and outside of the walk-in - as much visibility and precaution should be implemented in this area as possible - great call, Ariel. - IP

I spoke with Jeremy about sending buss tubs down DW2 (Dumbwaiter 2 at Bar Prep). He said bartenders can feel free to bring full buss tubs from Tree's to DW2 but would just have to walkie (using the walkie right there) "DW2 to expo" and wait for a response and can then send em down. I think this is something that we can easily start implementing but would like to send an email to bar team about proper verbiage and how to operate the Dumb waiter. I had Charlie send a full buss bin down at the end of the night and it is super helpful. Let me know what y'all think. I have no problem taking lead in emailing the team. - AB2

Negroni keg kicked. I cleaned it out and left it near the sink in Liquor room. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: 
Patrick and Greg opened up the bars to a very sleepy first round, but as the evening wore on it got much steadier. Once the closers got in we swung Greg upstairs to work the big dinner round rushes with Patrick and Charlie. Matthew rocked the lobby solo (and brrrrrr it is FREEZING TODAY).

After the dinner round settled, I got Patrick out. Greg stayed until last round settled and had a lil longer than usual shift. Once Matthew had finished in the lobby, I had him help Charlie with closing down some things and got him out. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Jovani, Bre, & Michael absolutely killed it downstairs. Such a strong team and thangs were smooth. Hyped on that squad tonight on the first floor. 
Aidan is dope. Homie just has a good attitude. Reminds me of a Bryan a bit. - AB2

Prep List:
Got Horchata steeping, to be strained tomorrow after 1p. Made another batch of Dream Big, and a backup keg of Black Manhattan.
We have a full Negroni keg, but need to wait for more vermouth until we can make a backup - in a pinch we can use Cocchi di Torino. - IP

I made a Simple syrup & 3 Lemonades at the end of the night. - AB2

Maintenance:
The lid for the backup Black Manhattan keg was not sealing when I went to hook up the fresh keg. I switched the lids and then checked out the pressure release valve - it was kinda loose, so I tightened it. I think the issue is fixed, and if not - the other lid is fully operational. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
