Manager Communication: 
Definitely a change of pace from the weekend, but Zootopia screenings have continued to sell really well.  Busy pops around the building throughout the night, but we never felt squeezed for hands. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Easygoing day, with both Matthew and Tevon able to get out of here once the second round had settled down.  Nia held down Lobby all evening with almost no calls for assistance, and made quick work of closing everything down once she was routed.  Gabrielle, our Wednesday Night Closing Champion, navigated a pretty busy bar crowd from 10-11, with the evening winding down shortly after that. JH

Special Events? 
FOFIF screening in Th2 went well, very close to sold out.  The Q&A ran a little long, so I hopped behind the bar with Gabrielle to help with the sudden influx of guests once they got out of the theater.  JH

Prep List: 
I have a small list to get through tomorrow morning, but nothing too crazy.  Margarita keg kicked during the second round, so we will have a fresh one heading in to this weekend. JH

Over/Short on Banks: 
Trees bank was $1 under. JH

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
