Manager Communication: 
Anyone know why there was a quarter full bag in box of Coke in the Trees Soda closet? -LB

Pretty sedate saleswise, but Trees was bumping all the way up until 11:30pm, which kept bar team well occupied during any lulls at the service pass. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Mellow day throughout the building, so Matthew got out of here shortly after Gabrielle got in.  Tevon stuck around to get both bars restocked and lend Gabrielle a hand before Th7 opened up for the special screening this evening.  Once third round kicked off, it was a pretty simple stroll to close and both Gabrielle and Patrick closed each bar without issue. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Keep an eye under the glasswasher at Trees, as it is a prime location to become a rollie graveyard.  Now that the extra racks are hanging from their hooks, there is more space down there and it is very easy for the rollies to pile up and be missed by servers setting up their theaters. JH

Prep List: 
Two Irish coffee cheaters. 

Caught us up on some staples ahead of tomorrow's specials prep, and will get a head start on Simple Syrup when I get in tomorrow morning. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US foods, To Rise. 
Baldor tomorrow AND Saturday, feel free to add to the Baldor order for Saturday if needed. 
US Foods coming Friday just one coke and one sprite.-LB

Maintenance: 
Lobby gate still not coming down.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
