Manager Communication: 

I put in a service request (35067998 ) with coke to replace the two main soda guns at Trees lounge.  They are both pretty ragged, so hopefully they are amenable to this.-LB

Please keep an eye on the food donations in the lobby while I am on PTO. There are more boxes under the table with the already packed boxes.-LB 

The event at Trees definitely dominated my attention this evening, but service overall was pretty mellow.  The Trees service pass always had hands, and the bar team was able to roll with the changes made before and during the event (thank you Chenelle + Raekwon for being so on top of everything and making this event a breeze!). JH

BAR Staff Observations: 

Matthew stayed busy with side work ahead of the big party. -LB 

Absolute dream team, as expected.  Jeshua and Tevon dealt with a busy lobby crowd once Trees was closed for the event, and once Tevon got out of here Jeshua held it down solo for the rest of the night.  Natasha showed up just as the event began, and Matthew and Gabrielle had set the bar up for success.  Since Th1+4 were pretty much sold out and in the middle of their service pushes, I just took over the service pass from 7:00pm until a little about 8:30pm (she's still got it).   Gabrielle, Matthew, + Natasha were absolutely great before, during, and after the event.  Matthew got out of here once the crowd had mellowed, and Natasha helped Gabrielle get over the reset + pre-close finish line, getting out of here a little after eleven. Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 

I had Jeshua empty the Bounty Law tumbler in Lobby and then he washed it out after bringing all of the Bounty Law up to Trees.  The tumbler still needs to be taken apart and cleaned before we load it up with The Holy Mountain, as we only cleaned it out with the hose. JH

We need more Lustau dry, Amaro d'ell Etna and possibly Casamigos Reposados.-LB

Prep List: 

Simple Syrup, Margarita keg, Black Manhattan Keg, 2 Froco. Holy Mountain-LB

We will need to make more Horchata so we are set for menu change. I put out honey lemon bottles at both bars for toddies-LB 

There is no more Forest Witch or Lemonade in the walk-in, but both bars are stocked for the opening round. JH

We got more rice milk, so we should be set for a bit for Horchata.-LB

Maintenance: 

I started cleaning the tubing in the walk-in and relabeling them. I cut the zip ties so I could really get them clean. I am leaving the new zip ties long, so it is obvious which ones have been cleaned. Vlad was busy so it was just me. I used hot water, with soap and white vinegar. We should do the larger joints, but I think that will require bleach and maybe two people. Happy to work on that next week. I got halfway done.  Vlad is going to do the floor.-LB

Mobilebytes Issues: 

Just a heads up, we rang all of the event checks under Trees Lounge Private, and did all of it under my MB number.  I printed a checkout report and included it with the Trees drop, and there were no issues with the bank or cash drop when closing out Trees. JH
