Manager Communication:
I decorated a bit more. If anyone wants to add to the eclectic holiday spirit, there is more stuff in bar storage. I ordered more batteries for the garlands in the lobby. There are wreaths that could be hung in the lobby window, however I am off the next three days. -LB
Prep List:
Tevon asked if he could have the batch shift off this Friday and I said that would be fine. I erased the shift off of 7shifts. Just keep an eye on product levels ahead of the weekend.-LB
We used the printed drink tickets tonight for Trivia since they need a whopping 17 tokens and it seemed like we didn't want to part with that many. Happy to go with whatever decision on this we land on. -LB
Barely felt the shorthanded-ness this evening because the bar team is Aces. Dion was awesome tonight and did a great job guiding Rebecca (who is going to be an awesome manager). Events kept us busy tonight - otherwise it was a relatively easy evening. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
So there was a miscommunication as to when Charlie's school schedule opened up and he did not notice he was on the schedule today. He was totally willing to come in, but he would have been 90 late. I told him to just study. There is a write-up waiting for him on his next shift on the cork board.
I covered Lydia for a break as they will be closing the lobby. Ian is going to route as early as possible and get Lyd out of here. -LB
Greg is the man. Such a strong member of the bar team. Was awesome closing Trivia tonight - he and Tevon and Natasha crushed it. Lydia really took one for the team and I really appreciate that they had a great attitude about it all night. The late round on the first floor was super sleepy so I was able to reroute right when we shut the lobby gate for the night. Lydia was a total dream about closing the lobby - I gave them the option to just get right out of here and I would take care of the odds and ends, but they insisted they'd make sure the bar was shiny shiny (and it indeed is!). Gold Star for Lydia today. - IP

Private Screening, Trivia, Nightmare on Elm Street/BK Horror:
Private screening was super chill. Trivia was also on the more relaxed side, but the team was all over it, even shorthanded. Lydia and Natasha both went the extra mile tonight. The BK Horror crowd stuck around after their screening for a book signing in Trees, but they were pretty low-key. - IP
