Manager Communication:
Sold out Elf and private screening in th 7 to open the day. Wyatt and I got the building set up and Raekwon handled setting up theater 7. 

Solid night crew. Ian left a very concise list of what was needed for the bar. Jared and Dion rocked out the floor. Very chill vibes all around

Customer Comments: Trees was bumping for most of the night. Jeshua was connecting with a few guests. Some servers were hanging out. It was really great to see. The bar was alive for most of the night. 

BAR Staff Observations:
Nat and Greg opened. Patrick came in at 10:30. Sales are mellow this evening, so we decided to cut Charlie and have Nia work the lobby close. 

Nia worked the lobby solo tonight. She was asking about cocktails and getting ahead of her close. Making strides. I appreciate how 

FOH Staff Observations: Katherine was really on it tonight. 

Hiring/Training:

Sick Leave/ Call outs: We cut Charlie cause it was slow. Pushed Nia back an hour and had her close Lobby

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
The new Irish coffee is absolutely flying, and during brunch it's difficult to keep up with the mug demands. I know we're working on a solution, and we totally survived the busy Elf screening without too much issue - just making the note so we can get ahead of the issue before our upcoming busy holiday brunches /. hot beverage season.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
