Manager Communication:
Carly and I opened up. No notes. Got check-in station set up in the lobby for the event in theater 4. - IP
Got to make sure the openers cut enough fruit, has been shy of needs the last two days-LB
Pretty good Sunday dinner round into a mellower evening.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Matt and Nat opened up. Super set for the day. Matt has to leave by 4, but we'll have both mids in by then and will be cruisin'. Nia showed up ready to rock today! Jumped right into service and seems to be very focused. Great to see! - IP

FOH Staff Observations:
Brea and Monica are a great team. They're excellent about divvying up their responsibilities during rushes. Awesome example for the new servers. - IP
Every single I time I have been in the kitchen tonight, runners have been engaged in active side work. -LB 


Prep List:
Obsessulated will need to be batched - we have roughly 30 at the moment. - IP 

Made two lemonades, and more unsweetened tea - might need some more FWWM, and the OF Keg may kick and need to be refilled with the batch in the cambro on the shelf. - IP
I refilled the keg, the apparatus attaching it is leaking. We can do the troubleshooting Gus instructed tomorrow and see if Draft Choice needs to check it out. There is old Fashioned on the floor after I tapped it.-LB

As mentioned above the apparatus connecting the OF keg line is leaking, not the keg. I set up a detective situation going into tomorrow. -LB

Mobilebytes Issues:
Jeshua got the printer at the far POS at Trees to start working again - he noticed the the little black router next to the POS had been unplugged (?) - so he plugged it back in and the printer got back to work as normal. I rerouted the POS to print from there - we are back to normal. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
