Manager Communication: Natasha wanted to get cut tomorrow and convinced Tevon to come in an hour earlier than his mid shift at 10:30. He will be set up in time since Jeshua will be sure to stock lobby tonight. Ian, keep an eye on the midday numbers for Patrick, and just help Greg through the It's A Wonderful Life binge drinking crowd. -LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Did a little schedule do-si-do'ing this morning, details of which are below.  Gabrielle and Natasha were great at getting set up for doors, and Charlie arrived just as service began.  It's a Wonderful Life was definitely the main focus of the first round, alongside a nearly-sold out Arthur Christmas in Th4 following close behind.  

Service ran smoothly, and during the lulls Charlie was able to get a break, both bars were restocked + reset, and Natasha was able to get some batching done.  Once Greg got in, I got Gabrielle out of here and had Greg rock Lobby until Jeshua got in.  Brought Greg back upstairs and got Natasha out of here. JH

FOH Staff Observations: Henry deserves a shout out for the party running on Thursday and tonight, hustling and helping all night.-LB
Rob seems to have settled in.-LB

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Due to low ticket sales for a Saturday, I asked the four bartenders scheduled for the back half of the day if any of them wanted to take a cut.  Lydia was happy to volunteer, and I pushed Greg + Matthew back about 30-45 minutes (this will take Greg through the last round seating without pushing him into 9+ hours).  Jeshua's in-time remained the same.  All changes have been entered on 7Shifts. JH



Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Broke out one case (24x) of the new coffee mugs, ran them through the washer, and rotated them in to service.  That seemed to be enough for this morning's service, so I did not open any other boxes.  We still have four (unpacked and chilling on the table next to the dumbwaiter), so let's rotate them into service as needed. JH



Prep List: 
Gabrielle made some Frozen Coke this morning, and then Natasha batched some Fire Walks, a Tom Collins keg, + some Branca Menta whipped cream.  Walk-in is looking ready for the later rounds. JH
I made some Juniper syrup, I ground spices for another batch to facilitate making it  during the holidays. -LB
I made a big Simple syrup, Iced Tea, 4 Lemonades. There is a batch list on the white board of stuff we need.LB



Lost & Found?: If any managers saw Jeshua's blue Bluetooth speaker at Lobby bar lmk. -LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Baldor arrived. (I accidentally ordered 56 oz OJ, sorry)
 US foods placed for Monday.-LB

Maintenance: Drains at Lobby bar smell very bad. I will run drain stuff down them. We are out of that stuff, so I will put in an order for more. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
