Seeing the synergy between the bar managers today, chatting about menu change and task allocation was great. Nice to be a part of a team that can communicate and produce effectively. Awesome stuff. On the floor, Dion and LaShae were fantastic tonight. - IP

Customer Comments:

A guest vomited on the mezzanine around 10p - I escorted her and her boyfriend out without incident and Markenson (an angel on this earth) took care of the mess upstairs. The smell was particularly pungent, so LaShae did some cursory air-freshener spritzes to help neutralize the abhorrent odor - but if it's a li'l funky in Trees tomorrow morning, that is the reason - and some extra odor neutralizers or air fresheners will hopefully do the trick. - IP

Almost out of the woods and then a guest in theater 5 fell and hit her head, bleeding all over the theater. We called the paramedics who came quickly and got the situation under control. Dion and LaShae were extremely calm and collected under immense pressure. They handled the commotion in the theater and I handled some of the guests who were making their way through the lobby while I waited for the EMT's. An incident report was filed and submitted by Dion. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:

Super strong night from Nia this evening. She closed Trees solo and handled a double-whammy Trees/service bar push by herself and did a really good job. She is figuring out how to make her way out of the weeds without as much coaching and that is awesome growth. Jeshua is automatic, as always. Dude just crushes. - IP

FOH Staff Observations:

Justin is thriving as a server. He's very attentive and knows our system so well. Good work, dude! - IP

Maintenance: I took apart the ball lock attachment to the OF keg. I cleaned it and realigned the rubber gasket. It was not leaking upon immediate testing. Will keep an eye.-LB

Draft choice could check out the evil Twin and the three's fob chambers and button as they are both a little stubborn.-LB

Not a huge deal, but ever since we got the internet back up and running and got the digital link for the cable box on the projector in trees working again, it periodically loses connection and the screen goes black. Probably just a loose connection or something - but wanted to note it here. - IP

The 4/6 printer at Trees was stuck shut today - Ariel and I were able to pry it open and clean it - but it's a very finnicky latch - and we have to replace the paper quite often. If there is another printer that we could switch out (or a new one) that'd be dope - otherwise, we can def make it work - it just is quite stubborn. - IP
