Manager Communication:  I ordered a pastry bag clip set and a pair of sharp scissors to cut the pastry bag for filling the squeeze bottles for the Menta cream. If anyone wants a tutorial on this stuff I am happy to show you. Makes it a bit easier and less messy. -LB

I broke out the last two new Bunn airpots for coffee. I tossed the one that was leaking constantly as it was fully dead. -LB

The soda guns all seem slow and foamy. I will revisit Coke to come back in the New Year. -LB

I am going to do the schedule from home whenever it comes out, taking my work laptop. -LB

Natasha and Nia were requesting smaller finger cots, unsure if this is a request we can make with our first aid replenishment company or if we would have to order them ourselves.-LB

Soda guns continue to pour slowly, but never put too much of a hitch in service. Coffee upkeep has been great - bar team is really doing a wonderful job of keeping the fresh hot coffee flowing. Good communication on the whole today between servers and bars. - IP

BAR Staff Observations: 

Lydia and Tevon smashed a busy first round. Lots of lobby customer service due to the sold out Zootopia 2.  They both got breaks before the closers arrived. -LB

Busy dinner round. Martini Monday popping off. Lydia, Jeshua and Tevon cranked it out.-LB

Bar stayed packed. Lydia pulled a long one and got us over the finish line on the last sold out Marty. Cut her right around 9:15. Jeshua continues to be a pillar of this bar team. Really crushing over these last couple of days. Nia did a great job in the lobby. - IP 

FOH Staff Observations: Evan truly busting his ass running trays for Theater 1 dinner round, always love working with Evan. - LB

Torey always helps out in the dish pit and it is always deeply appreciated. - IP

Sick Leave/ Call outs:  

I came in an hour late due to a migraine and will stick around so we can send Tevon home earlier than later. -LB

Union came. To Rise order placed for tomorrow. Baldor tomorrow, US foods wednesday.  Ordered rice milk from Amazon. Gus ordered Sarene, Southern and Manhattan.-LB
