Manager Communication:
Tree's Bar POS Printer on the far side (Closest to bathrooms) was not printing anything. I first checked for printer paper, I turned off then on the printer, I exited the app, I switched the printer to print to a different one and then added it back to the main printer and still nothing. I routed that printer and everything from that POS will print to the main POS printer that is in the middle of the bar. I sent that information to Matthew Soler to send to the Bartenders chat so everyone will be in the know. I do believe we will need a new one but also down to look into it on Monday in case we can save the printer and in case there is something I am missing. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations:
Tevon got out on the earlier side of things. I got Patrick out after the final round slowed a bit. Matthew and Charlie did their thing. The event made things busy for the bar team on top of a steady crowd at Tree's and the busy theater rounds. Twas a good night. - AB2

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Tevon is feeling under the weather and put up his Trees open shift tomorrow.  We discussed some possibilities and he will update me later this evening. JH
Matthew said that he can open tomorrow for Tevon so I told Matthew to come in at 9am for now. I think we can move some things around. Gabrielle and Charlie were open to having to have their times adjusted. For opening Bar MOD, please please please, check in with Tevon and see how he is feeling and then communicate with the other Bartenders. I did not adjust anyone's time JUST IN CASE Tevon is feeling better to come in tomorrow. - AB2

Special Events? 
Mezz event went really well, lovely crowd and they were all very pleased with the set up. JH
They had a great time and were very happy with their service and just all around were a great crew to serve. I scanned and forwarded the event receipt to Chenelle. - AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
We were having some issues with food runners in Tree's. Runners kept asking us where food was going and it was completely our fault. I spoke with Matthew & Charlie emphasizing the importance of putting a seat number to an order and how not doing so slows things down for the runner team. It is mainly a Charlie thing and he was incredibly receptive to the feedback and comfortable taking accountability and he took the blame. Hyped on how he took everything. - AB2

Prep List: 
I made a double batch of the Hamnet special during service and updated the count. - AB2

Pay Outs:

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
12% + Empire + St. Agrestis + Sarene + US Foods arrived today. JH

Maintenance:
Old Fashioned keg was spilling all over the walk in. Not entirely sure what the issue could be. I saw it while it was being poured and did not see anything leaking out seriously. I transferred it over to a separate keg and the one that is in the liquor room is the culprit to the leaking. It has been cleaned and rinsed out. - AB2

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
