Manager Communication:
Marty Supreme is selling great, and some of our older releases are really filling up the smaller theaters.  Pretty mellow at Trees for the most part, but theater service kept both bars bopping throughout service.  Right before the start of the third round, Trees definitely filled up, which was well timed with out closers. JH
Vibes were good, didn't quite have the holiday feels, but were busy throughout the evening. Very steady schedule for the rushes.-LB

Customer Comments: A man complained about the Trees Men's room being mostly out of service.
I do think all the bathrooms could use a little TLC in the hardware department.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Greg and Natasha made opening a breeze and Matthew arrived just before we opened doors.  Service pushes, especially with the larger theaters, were really well spaced out, especially considering how many screenings swapped theaters.  Gave each bar plenty of time to reset and restock in between screenings, so service never got too hectic. JH
Cut Greg a little after 5 and Greg at 6. The team handles business with such grace, it is a well-oiled machine.  Jeshua helped carry Trees through the finish line. Lydia cruised without much need for help downstairs due to early ticket sales.  Charlie is a great solo closer, great multitasking.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Lots of hustle and support. The new faces on the server and runner teams were looking on point.

Sick Leave/ Call outs:  I pushed Natasha to 1pm tomorrow.-LB

Prep List:
Had Natasha get ahead of some batching, which should get us through tonight and tomorrow's first round (Desperado + Dream Big + FroCo + Holy Mountain + Iced Tea) JH
Made Irish coffee cream, Irish coffee blend, Simple Syrup.-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor coming tomorrow.-LB

Maintenance:
Everyone's favorite soda tower (lobby) threw a bit of a tantrum around 2:20pm this afternoon, making a shocking noise and then spraying water all over the place.  We turned off the water to stop the spill, and then unplugged the unit.  First floor grabbed any carbonated drinks from Trees until 3:00pm, when we restarted the carbonator and everything began to pour normally. JH
The Old-Fashioned draft line started doing the excess clicking thing again. I think we might consider replacing the attachment pieces.
The Three's draft line is still broken. The button on top barely moves. It takes a full 3 minutes to get the fob to float. -LB
