Manager Communication:
Busy morning! Got the US Foods order all packed away, then maintained all the frozen machines and bubblers. Jared got all the other odds and ends set up and after everything was cleaned and tucked away, I got the COGS and build sheets for the Hamnet special all figured out and uploaded to the appropriate folders in the drive. 
Thanksgiving Eve gonna be a busy one. Wicked is packing the big theaters and Zootopia is taking over the ground floor. I think Hamnet is going to do good business too. - IP

Certainly was busy, with Wicked continuing to fill up both big theaters throughout the night.  Zootopia and Hamnet also filled up the smaller theaters easily, and it seems llike tomorrow's sales look similar. JH

A guest stopped by Lobby to ask if she would be able to have one of our Wicked posters once we no longer need them.  I believe this is the same woman from last year, and will make sure to touch base with Projection to see if we can make this happen two years in a row.  She left her contact information:

BAR Staff Observations:
Tevon and Matt (the '96 Bulls of openers) got us set up for a very busy looking Thanksgiving Eve. We are STONKED up. 
As solid a 4-person team as you could ask for between the openers and Jeshua and Gab - and we're definitely going to need it, given sales. - IP

Tevon stuck around until the first floor's second round had settled down, and he provided coverage at both bars for some hefty restocks.  Matthew stayed with Gabrielle at Trees through the 8:15pm's Wicked initial service push, and then did some light pre-closing and got out of here.  Jeshua held down Lobby like a champ, and Gabrielle breezed through a bunch of service tickets and bar guests during the last round.  Trees was pretty busy well into the third round, but most guests had cleared out by 10:30pm. JH

DO NOT BATCH HEART'S DESIRE (until the count gets down to 50. We have a LOT).

Lauren's Rosemary/Lime Tincture needs to be batched for the Hamnet special - not sure if/where we have the recipe - Lauren, if you could shore that up on Friday that would be awesome! Thanks! - IP

Had a couple of cocktail kegs kick tonight, so I'll be sure to get those back up kegs ready before doors tomorrow.  Iced Tea + Simple Syrup, too.  Other than that, we may need some more Bounty Law + Spice World, but I'll check bar stock in the morning before making that call. JH

Maintenance:
The floor drain directly next to the 4/6 service pass in Trees has a gross smell wafting up from it. I poured nearly a whole bottle of Green Gobbler down the drain and flushed with hot water, but the smell has some staying power. Not sure if it's a grease trap situation, a plumbing issue, or something else entirely - but if it persists, we should do a more thorough investigation. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
