Manager Communication: 
Tevon came in early to put away the furniture from last night. I had him clocked in as bar prep.-LB

Yesterday there was a vomitesque smell in the Trees dishpit. I ran bleach down the drain, cleaned the machine filter and ran a lot of water down. It improved. It was back today. I will pour some enzymatic drain stuff down as well and tell Vlad to keep an eye. Juan put the hooks for the rack tops and it makes the floor so much cleaner.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Film Feast definitely dominated the second round on the first floor, so Nia got her introduction to how those work.  Matthew and Tevon got some batching done, and then Tevon got out of here while Matthew cleaned up and I took the Barry Lyndon service push with Gabrielle.  Matthew was able to get out of here a little before ten, once the post-FF crowd had settled in to Trees.  Nia did a great job closing Lobby, and then went upstairs to lend Gabrielle a hand. JH

Special Events? 
GOODFELLAS! F&*King Film feast.-LB

Goodfellas went really well. Timing was not an issue. We had plenty of everything. Crowd seemed to enjoy the festivities.

Prep List: 
Was able to get both Matthew and Tevon to batch us up for tomorrow, so we are set on both Wicked specials, and just about everything else.  Black Manhattan kicked a little before eleven, so we could make another keg of that when we get a chance.  We can go either way on batching the older film specials, depending on sales. JH

Filmbot Issues:
So Tevon accidentally charged 3 seniors regular price, he asked me to void the last transaction rather than just adjusting the price. I couldn't refund the full total since they did a split payment, I did not know this. I refunded to a gift card and then did their purchase with the gift card. Tevon refunded the man the difference in price $9. Although the woman who paid cash only paid $15, so I suspect we may be $3 short on filmbot cash. I took the remainder of the gift card and bought an employee ticket which I refunded to cash to repay Tevon. Sorry this was mayhem. My apologies.- Original order 43yvm2f. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
