Manager Communication: Lead meeting went off without a hitch. Fired up for Film Feast tomorrow.
 
During trivia there was a burning smell. Smelled electrical. I looked around asked other MODs to help since I don't have a great sense of smell. Lillian was playing and I asked her if it might be the bulb for projector. I would say it is likely time to clean out the projector at trees for dust.-LB
I hit Dwight with a staff perk for helping with crowd control at Trees since we were a man short-LB

BAR Staff Observations: The A-team made it possible to let Ian duck out. Natasha is just amazing on the floor. Tevon, Darius and Lydia move like one mind. We are so lucky to have such exceptional folks. Greg is holding down the lobby like a boss.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Runner shout outs from Bar team (not just me) Henry!!! Rae!!! Caroline!!! Eric!!! Really tough level of people in Trees to find people with food. Very patient and working it out. -LB
I caught Thursdae studying a binder in the server station!!! I love to see it.! -LB



Sick Leave/ Call outs: Ian is in rough shape from a back-nerve-cold? He was in bad shape so we encouraged him to go home. Gus stuck around to help launch trivia.-LB

Special Events? the busiest trivia of all time. Legends of the fall.-LB

Prep List: 2 FWWM, Film feast mount up! -LB I made the Wicked photoshoot cocktails in case I am coming in tight. -LB

Maintenance: The door handle to the liquor room is unattached to the rest of the lock mechanism, I added it to the maintenance doc. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
