Manager Communication: 

Kiki dominated the first round, and then some of the smaller theaters filled up for the second.  Had a nice pop at Trees around two, clearing out once the second round got underway. JH

Jeshua requested that I find a way to keep the coupes from falling off the shelves in lobby bar. I will work on that. -LB

The Three's IPA line's button on top of the fob chamber does push down now but it still does not pull beer through. I have to coordinate with the bar to pull the fob or wait for them to get impatient. -LB

I moved the shirts and ties that were in the Cambro cup cabinet. I put them with the full bar glassware since I suspect they are for Goodfellas and they are with our stuff for FF as well. -LB

I ordered a case of coffee cups  (we were shy after brunch) and coupes ahead of the Wicked onslaught.-LB

I moved up Nia's in-time to 11:30am for tomorrow.-LB

Gus, I got tasters and COGS ready for both Wicked drinks, see you later today.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: 

Closing team last night set both bars up for well-stocked success this morning, so shoutout to them!  Matthew set up both bars with citrus, and Greg and Natasha knocked out roll ups and a ton of glassware.  I was able to get Natasha out of here once Lydia came in, as the second round was well underway and both big theaters were mellow until the third round. JH

Greg hung through family meal coverage and the busy push for Bugonia. The team really worked well together tonight keeping up with a very busy Trees lounge for most of the evening. -LB

FOH Staff Observations:
Jared Roberts was so helpful in the dish pit tonight. All of the servers rocking a busy day, keeping there eyes up.  Isobel was an amazing server for me this morning and she is still moving and shaking during her double-LB

Erech is a darling and is instructing all new runners to bring the bars glassware if they have it. I thanked him for telling them this. Very team-oriented vibes lately.-LB

Ryan is on the wall of shame, but that is because he most likely paid Conner's tab by accident, thinking he paid his. So I will let them sort it out tomorrow.-LB

86ed / counts on items: I put a count on Al's and on The Stone Pony-LB

Prep List: Tea, Bloody mix, honey syrup, autonomic feedback loop.-LB

R&D comp checks: Gab spilled a quart of Spice World.-LB

I have some for Wicked, but I will ring it in tomorrow since I still need to do math and they are closing their drawer.-LB

Over/Short on Banks: $3 over at Trees, $2 was in quarters I gave to someone, I will replenish tomorrow.-LB


Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 

Amazon arrived (Gatorade powder + two Film Feast packages). JH

I asked Ariel to add two bags of coffee beans to our weekly order. -LB

US foods in for Monday. To Rise order placed, unsure if it will come tomorrow or Monday since I placed it late. -LB

Maintenance:

The frozen machine tech came back today, and was here from about 1:10pm 'til 4:30pm.  We moved the machine to the lowboy in the liquor room, and he was able to disassemble and clean everything he wanted to get to.  We moved the machine back to the table in the hallway, as there is more space both above and around the machine.  He advised us to fill all three tumblers with a small amount of product, and then leave the machine running on slush for a long time.  This way we can see if the product freezes correctly, and if there is any issue with overfreezing. 

Since he finished just before the dinner round kicked off, we decided to run the test tomorrow morning.  Ian, when you get in, please fill the three tumblers and use the outlet under the table, and just let the machine run throughout the shift.  If all looks well, we can probably play another round of musical chairs with the machines and get both bars back to where they were. JH

Ian, these machine's are not put together correctly, as you will likely observe as you are the frozen machines guy.-LB

I cleaned both empty kegs and I washed the bar prep floor mats.-LB
