Monday 11.3.25 / Ariel/Lauren/ NPP Bar

Manager Communication: I put out a box of pint glasses. Might do another tomorrow. That bar glassware cabinet is so rad.-LB
I made a basic bar prep closing checklist, so we can be a good example to the bartenders and keep fruit flies in check.  It isn't much and if we each try to keep things tidy it is easier all around.-LB

FOH Staff Observations: Also shout out to Michael for giving great customer service in the lobby but also checking on theater temperatures after servers note it to the MOD. -LB
I checked out 3705 of the 8:45pm Frankenstein at Lobby bar since they wanted to leave early. They did not tip and I asked if there was a problem with the service, they said no. I understand this is not uncommon and that is tragic.  -LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:
We got Baldor in. Only issue with the order was that the Tomato juice was nasty and had gunk all over it. I called Baldor and got a refund for the Tomato juice. Going to see which cans we can salvage from the order and update y'all. AB2

I at first thought that this was a US Foods delivery (slipped my mind) so I got a phone number for our US Foods contact. All this to say that it is Alex and I have the Vendor doc updated for any US Foods issues we may run into in the future. He was very cool and responded immediately. - AB2

I also added Homecoming Coffee to the vendor doc. - AB2 

Empire came in today with Milagro and Boatyard Gin. - AB2
Keg topper for the back up Cosmo came in. Very  cool.-LB

Maintenance: Lobby frozen machines was not working well today. I plugged in the air mover which I had swapped out for the mounted fan. Both Bounty Law and FWWM are not freezing, coke is however. -LB
So while Dio did change out the door closer on the walk-in, it is still getting caught up a little bit. I think I will hit the hinges with WD-40 tomorrow, bar dept's can is missing the nozzle, so I will bring some tomorrow or borrow from Juan, that should fix the issue in total. Lots of dust in the hinges from construction. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
