Manager Communication: Stacked team. Jenn conquered inventory.

Gus had a couple of things under his name. I closed out his server bank and added it to Bartenders tips on the tip sheet. Just letting y'all know in case it seems sketch seeing his server bank printed late when he was not here. - AB2

Customer Comments:
Matthew had to kick people out tonight. It was a couple where one of them had ID and the other did not. The one with ID ordered a drink and the one with no ID order an N/A drink. When they sat at the table, Matthew noticed she was sharing her drink with him and he told them to stop. After they continued, he asked them to leave. Dwight made sure they left peacefully. - AB2

BAR Staff Observations: Charlie did a good job of making drinks and attending to a guest who needed some attention in the first round.

I appreciate how intentional Charlie is now. For a moment it was just us two behind the bar and he made it a point to distinguish the roles he wanted us to have. He said "Can you do tickets and I'll handle guests and have hands for you?" I was all about it. He's really starting to get an understanding of his space and steps of service for NH. - AB2
Gabrielle, Natasha, & Matthew were awesome tonight. N&M were able to hold down Tree's solo when I had to support TH3/5. Gabrielle crushed the Lobby rush and Dwight was incredibly helpful! Big shoutout to the whole squad tonight. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations: 
There was a point during the final round where multiple theaters had aa serious rush. I was in Tree's then stepped down to Lobby because TH3 and TH5 needed support. Every time I had a tray ready  to run, Justine would appear and run it. They were calm and in control during the whole rush. The pairing of Justine with Kyle was great! Justine was leading by example and killing it. Sarah was also crushing it in TH5. Once they had a moment they were straight to the bar helping each other out. I wanna give a lot of props to Justine during that rush because they bodied it and were in complete control the whole time. Tonight really proved how deserving they are of the lead title. - AB2

Hiring/Training: Aiden had his time at the drink pass with me and Ariel tonight.

Aiden seemed cool. He really wants to pick things up and is appreciative when he is given notes that help him with service. - AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Jeremy gave me a note about keeping a buss bin under the silverware near staff food area. He stated that runners will be more on top of bussing and clearing plates if they had a buss bin there available. - AB2

Prep List: FWWM, Tevon banged out a good amount of things.

I noticed there was a note for needing black molasses for batching the Blackstrap syrup. We have a HUGE 5 gallon bucket of Black Molasses at NWB. Soonest I can bring it in is Monday but I can happily do that. Please confirm if you want me to bring it over so that I can plan accordingly. - AB2

Old Fashioned has a keg that kicked. It has been cleaned and left next to the other OF keg. - AB2

Filmbot Issues: There was an issue with the MubiGo, but it was resolved.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
