Manager Communication:
When opening lobby today there was a lot of glass in the brown water racks, I know we have some runners training and some new servers. It is also possible that they ran out of blue racks, if this happens there is usually a stack at Trees or lobby bar with empty glassware blue racks. I gave Jeremy a heads up.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Welcome back Matthew!!! Charlie rocked helping Matthew set up Trees when the techs were working on the lowboy in lobby. And Matthew in turn helped him set up around the technicians. Super good teamwork. -LB

Once Jeshua was settled in lobby and the majority of the second round push was over on the ground floor, I had Charlie go upstairs to help out at Trees.  Patrick is so much more organized and efficient in the service well, and barely needed me to call out tickets during either sold out service push.  Charlie focused primarily on bar guests, and Matthew was great about switching between positions giving Charlie clear instructions/guidance.  Once Th1/2 were loaded in for the last round, the rest of the night was an easy ride to last call. JH

Special Events?
The Nintendo Switch party went well, and Raekwon basically coordinated everything so that bartenders were not even aware that there was a special event going on in Th6. JH

The tech for Miss Malice went about fifteen over, which actually worked out for Trees because it gave even more of a time buffer between the sold out seatings in Th1 and 2 in the last round.  They also always bring out a lovely crowd, too. JH

Prep List: Marg, Black Manhattan, juniper syrup. We might need some more cocktail keg tops, two kegs without lids.-LB

Pay Outs:
$64.00 (halloween candy) JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping:  Sarene, t.edward, southern.  Union is running late.  I placed Gus' Skurnik order.-LB

US foods coming friday. Baldor coming tomorrow.  -LB

Union arrived! JH

Maintenance:
Dio did some stuff: the lowboy in the lobby was totally frozen over. They defrosted it and replaced the sensor and temperature dial. This should ensure it is in good shape for some time. Something to note, when they were defrosting a lot of water came out near another cooler, so if one has water in front of it, it is possible it is from another broken lowboy.
Secondly: they replaced the retractors and gaskets on the left lowboy at trees. They fixed the other retractor with WD40 and it is working correctly again.
They will be returning tomorrow with the part for the walk-in door to close correctly. Hector in the kitchen knows, in case they come early, they will just come in and do the work.-LB

I will label and stash the other back up parts for the future. -LB

I moved the vacant dunnage to the walk-in for extra product.
Ian and I changed all of the water filters-LB
