Manager Communication: 
There is a lot of soda right now, my apologies, guessing what we would need for Monday was overly ambitious. -LB
Please keep your eyes on the cheaters when empty, bring them back to liquor room and leave them on the lowboy so we don't lose track of them. -LB
I added the tiny white board from the old liquor room and it is now above the POS at lobby bar so we can write 86ed items for bartenders. -LB
Liquor room is slowly becoming an awesome organized palace. Exciting times!!!-LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Tevon helped me out with FF, and Jeshua headed upstairs to get through the Th1 NewFest screening with Gabrielle and Nia.  Once that settled down, Tevon was able to get out of here, and then Nia stuck around for another hour or so to help Gabrielle with the post-screening crowd from both NewFest screenings.  Otherwise, everything wound down shortly after eleven and Gabrielle and Jeshua closed both bars without issue. JH

Special Events? 
Newfest, Newfest film feast. 

Film Feast went well!  Four courses, no problem. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Monisha closed out her check from yesterday.  I just rang it in at Trees as a Don't Make. JH

I'm in tomorrow morning and will get us up to par on menu cocktails.  We look really set up for tomorrow night's T4T event at Trees Lounge. JH

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US foods coming tomorrow. Baldor coming tomorrow, oranges, lemon juice and CANNED San marzano tomatoes. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
