Manager Communication: 
I moved the Film Feast tower of glassware to the 4/6 server station. That is where it will leave for the foreseeable future, or forever if that is cool. -LB

I cleaned lobby Frozens, did not get to do the upstairs machines. They were on slush. -LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Everyone really rolled with the punches today, and all switches and such were settled by 6:00pm and service went off without any issue.  Matthew and Tevon got out of here a little before eight, and Gabrielle and Jeshua held down each bar solo for the rest of the night.  Jeshua was really great with helping guests find there way to their appropriate theater based, and rocked a very busy lobby service without issue.  Little bit sleepier up at Trees, so Gabrielle made quick work of pre-closing when it got quiet a little after ten. JH   

FOH Staff Observations: 
I love Evan. So friendly and wonderful when I was in 4/6 station with the Film Feast glassware. We really do have a great flock of servers.-LB

Special Events? 
Had a couple of Guest Tokens from Gotham used this evening. Pretty low-key crowd overall. JH

86ed / counts on items: 
86'd Are You Not Entertained, Bevi Sangiovese, Chard Chenin blend, Pistolero, & Santa Carla Cherry Cola (all of which will be departing the menu tomorrow night). JH

Prep List:
A little bit of everything has been batched over the last two days in anticipation of menu change.  Matthew is scheduled for a prep shift once the meeting is over tomorrow, and Tevon is scheduled for one on Friday, so we should be pretty set on all the new items going in to the weekend. JH    

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
US foods, Southern,Union. I accidentally got Lime Jarritos, so I will put a count on powdered toast man for STB based on what we have. Ordering more for the weekend. -LB

Baldor coming tomorrow. US foods Friday. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
