Lots of events this evening getting started right after the bar meeting. Meeting was great - looking forward to some WIcked Part 2 specials! Music Driven had a great crowd, Trivia was packed, and Innocent Blood had a good showing. Very solid Tuesday. - IP

Customer Comments:
I have really grown to love our Trivia weirdos. Some really good costumes tonight - best of which goes to Lady Pinhead. Great work, ma'am! - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Natasha rocks. Any task you put in front of her she handles with authority and ease. Trivia was very busy tonight and she was completely nonplussed. Great to have Darius back at NPP for Trivia - the guests were happy to see him too! Tevon and Lydia pulled long ones today, as Trees was a madhouse once Trivia got underway. Greg is totally self-reliant and on top of everything in the lobby - so I had nothing to worry about tonight - even when the Depeche Mode screening let out and a lot of guests decided to have a drink in the lobby because Trees was so full. Made a busy night easy-peasy. - IP 

FOH Staff Observations:
Justine was on point tonight. - IP

Hiring/Training:
Manager Rebecca N?! Awesome! Very exciting stuff - she'll be great. - IP

Special Events? 
Depeche mode, trivia. innocent blood. 

TRIPLE WHAMMY! They all went very smooth thanks to an awesome team. Lydia was an all-star and handled the very busy service pass for the Music Driven screening whilst Tevon and Darius handled the bar, and Natasha the floor, of a VERY busy Trivia. Innocent Blood also had a good turnout. Despite a lot of hectic energy with the multiple events, everyone was totally relaxed and on top of their respective games. Really good work tonight.

Maintenance:
Dio will be coming by tomorrow morning to fix the retractors on the lowboys at Trees and to check the leak in the Lpobby lowboy. I'll be here to make sure they get what they need. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. I know it probably won't change anything at all, but rather than have him bug someone to pull up the sched...

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
