Manager Communication: Great bar meeting today with all of us. Very helpful to have a meeting of the minds.-LB
I am going to be off the grid tomorrow until Saturday, if you need me you can text me and I will possibly get the message in town. I will pass on my upstate phone number to Gus if anyone needs me via landline.-LB
We got the plastic sheeting we can cover the slats in the liquor room or in the walk-in on the wine shelf to prevent bottles falling. 
We got the magnetic hooks for the steel wall. I will leave them magnetized to the top of bar prep. 
We also got the lid racks for our pots, Matthew if Juan can mount them on the side walls above the freezer or any other out of way place.-LB

BAR Staff Observations:
Had Lydia help out with Trivia upstairs - Matt, Tevon and Maya are PROFESSIONALS. Greg was absolutely chilling in the lobby. Smooth night. - IP

Special Events? Trivia, pre-code film.

Had some guests decked out in 1940's garb for the pre-code screening. They looked awesome! - IP

Trivia was busy but totally managed by guest star Matt and Trivia captains Maya and Tevon. Lydia stuck around and helped out for the first push of Trivia and the almost sold out OBAA at 8:15. Matt rocked out Trivia until they were wrapping up and then got outta here.

Lost & Found?:
Set of keys left at Trivia on mezz stairs. Labeled and left in lobby projection closet. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor coming Thursday and Saturday.  US foods coming tomorrow, I feel like we will be set for the weekend with soda, I am placing an order for Monday now since I will miss the deadline upon my return. To Rise is coming tomorrow. -LB

Maintenance: Lobby frozen machine was being a slow freezer, Ian put some wind on it, to see how it's going. We are waiting on a part for Trees machine. -LB

So, I fiddled with the setting on the lobby frozen machines and found something that may have been causing the non-freezing - there is a "DEFROST" setting that had been turned on the tanks that were having trouble freezing. I turned the defrost setting to OFF and turned the machine back on and off. Upon booting back up, the Firewalk and Bounty both froze up in what seemed to be the usual(ish) amount of time.  - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
