Manager Communication: During construction, they might turn off the glycol machine and forget to turn it back on. Just take a peak when you open during this time to make sure our beer will be cold by opening.-LB
I unloaded the Milagro Liters, so they don't get confused for the big boys. The Boatyard Gin can go there (whenever it arrives) so as to not be confusing for anyone and we can put the liters of milagro on Booze Island.-LB
I moved the pineapple cans back to the liquor room as our esteemed bartender Jeshua pointed out to me the condensation-can conundrum. -LB
Natasha is down with working trivia as the server going forward, which is great news because she is excellent at it plus it works well with her schedule. I put her on for this Tuesday Nov 4th and will discuss it further with Gus next week.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Opener in-times were incorrect today (1:30pm, when it should have been 1:15pm).  I text both openers (Greg + Tevon) to let them know once I realized. JH  *sorry to see this error, will try to avoid-LB

Team excellence tonight. All-around flexibility and support from the bar team for one another.  -LB

FOH Staff Observations: Cate seen hustling all shift. Grace with the calm focus.-LB

Special Events? 
The weather definitely kept some of the babies and parents of Park Slop at home today, but we still had a decent PSP turnout at Trees.  They got Trees started off, and then the live music screening in Th1 and Frankenstein really kept Trees bustling well into the third round. JH
The hang after NOTLD was cool with a spendy adult crowd.-LB


Prep List: 
Got us ahead on Arbol Tequila for FWWM. JH
Tevon made  2 lemonades and a bamboo lounge before he cut bar tip pool for the day. 
T did his prep shift today, so I am erasing that. 
He caught us up on an OF keg, a double Bugonia batch, Capt Jack's Grog, 2 Lemonades, Spice World-LB
Jenn, we may get close to needing Concord grape-maple soon. -LB



Lost & Found?: A French book left at Trees, in L&F  bin-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor arrived. JH Jenn put in the Empire order-LB
US Foods and To Rise coming tomorrow.-LB

Maintenance: 
See Manager Communication about keeping eyes on the glycol machine.  Two guests in Th7 alerted Grace to the issue (they were cool about it while we were investigating) and we were able to turn the machine back on and get everything back to proper chilly temps within fifteen or so minutes.  Service was not overly impacted otherwise. JH

Mobilebytes Issues: The Sauv blanc cara (carafe) gets cut off on the tickets at the bar and its a little confusing, they and I will just go to pour a glass. Easy fix, but if we can put Carafe first or Sauv B carafe please.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
