Manager Communication:
It was an all hands on deck day. Teamwork at NPP rocks though-LB
Gus was here til 7 helping catch us up when it got berserk.-LB
Nia bumped her head on the service pass in  lobby bar, I filled out an incident report. -LB
It felt there may have been a silverware shortage at some point today. We needed roll-ups at Trees, but no silverware to be grabbed. Figured I would note this ahead of the busy time of year. -LB

BAR Staff Observations:  I cut Charlie and pushed back Patrick-GS

Gus made a call to cut Nia, she didn't understand and came to work anyway. I will route lobby at 10. 
Long shifts for Nia and Patrick due to business levels being busy busy.-LB  


FOH Staff Observations: Everyone helping out when they could on dishes, getting racks earlier would help bar be ready for the onslaught of a new seating as glassware needs to get clean, cooled and reset for use. -LB
Runners fucking smashed it today. Really supportive vibes, love George, Justin, Jason, Noa, Sara, etc. Everyone rules. Teamwork feelings felt strong today across all departments.-LB


Hiring/Training: I think we should train more MODs on how to change the kegs of different types, it is really helpful when someone in the office can assist when bar managers are pulled for something FOH.-LB



Staff Meeting Agenda notes/bartender email: Really reminding the closing lobby bartenders to take all the coffee urns and remake coffee upon their arrival for the evening. -LB
Could we remind all departments to not leave drinks or anything on the steel table at Trees Lounge. That is not for staff to rest things. -A note from bartenders. -LB

Prep List: Gus banged out Froco and Suite 55, Cosmo. I did Tea, mad catching up to be done, I may have to do that in the morning, legs are done for today. I open this lemonade stand and will batch up.  -LB

Lost & Found?: Umbrellas, hahaha lol. Theater 4 set of keys. -LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US foods coming tomorrow.-LB

Maintenance:  I have strong feelings about Draft Choice. They did not do what we asked them to do. The Threes fob is not new. Happy to be the one to watch them do their job correctly. -LB
I am calling Day & Nite on Tuesday to dispute charges and ask them to send the tech for the lowboy leak in lobby. I will have them back to install the correct retractors for the sliding door. -LB

Jack came to tell Dion and I that the third floor bathroom is spewing water when flushing. Dion put an Out of order sign up and I added to the maintenance doc. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Nick Friday 2/11

Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
