Saturday 10.25.25 Jenn/Lauren



Manager Communication: 
First round had some busy pops, and then a bit of a drop off for the second round.  Frankenstein is holding strong in the big theaters. JH
The bubbler in the lobby is full and bubbling its heart out. -LB
I printed and laminated some coffee specs for the lobby bar. Trying to up our hot coffee game a little.-LB
I broke out a rack of pint glasses. I think we should be pretty good on glassware, Ian, if you can see what might need to be replenished once bars are set up tomorrow-LB


BAR Staff Observations: 
Natasha opened Trees and worked through the first Th1/2 service pushes without issue.  I opened lobby and Tevon came in at 11, just as the Th3 special screening began seating.  After getting through that push downstairs, I was able to get back upstairs to assist Natasha with the tail end of the initial Casper service push and Greg arrived shortly after.  Mellow behind both bars, theater service remained fairly steady at both bars, and hefty restocks got taken care of before closers got in.  JH
Tevon rocked it out through 7:30. Charlie took lead in the service pit and his experience last night shows, he is definitely settling in.  Great support from Greg and Tevon during this. Jeshua owning lobby with Nia until I floated her upstairs after T got cut. 
Jenn was here through the bananas dinner dish/theater rush helping out the team.-LB
Nia was such a champion, I had no idea she worked Double Windsor before this shift. Really epic teamwork all around. -LB

FOH Staff Observations: Got a little frustrated in the service well when servers were traying up in the wrong place but also not really respecting the area for volume/dish pit. I got everything back to where it needed to be. Something to remind servers of the opening theaters/4-6 trays. End of night energy a little misplaced but happy to see everyone carrying each other mentally through the night. -LB

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Gab out, as expected. -LB

Special Events?
The Th3 event was great this morning.  The kids and parents were outside waiting when we opened, and keeping them in the theater post-screening definitely kept the floor a bit quieter than when we have young groups up on Mezz.  Servers were communicative with bar during the initial service push, Carly was great with walking them through pre-auth, and Chennelle kept the whole event moving. JH

Prep List: 
Made some more FWWM & FroCo, as well as kegs of Negroni & Old Fashioned.  Tevon got us set up with a back up batch of Iced Tea in the walk-in, too. JH

Over/Short on Banks: 
A bundle of singles in the Filmbot bank was short $1.00 when I counted banks this morning.  I took the dollar from the over/under envelope. JH



Lost & Found?: a bike helmet at Trees lounge, put downstairs.-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US foods coming Monday. -LB

Maintenance: Trees ice machine doing the mid-day raining inside code 3 dance, but was making ice later on. 

Mobilebytes Issues: Monkey Shoulder is not on the POS in bar speed or in Whiskey and it is our well scotch.  Violet, should be deleted. -LB

Filmbot Issues: Reader in lobby was not working, unplugged etc, seems fine. -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication :  Pretty good steady morning which ramped up when the spider hit the big ones. EL Second half of the day was similarly busy, with first floor having a slower last round while Spider-Man kept the upper floors busy through close. JH Customer Comments :  A lot of frustrated customers trying to buy what looked like available seats for Spider-man. I think this will be the last day with this problem. I explained to everyone I encountered what was happening and they seemed to understand by the end of the interactions. EL BAR Staff Observation s:  Natasha was about 15 minutes late. Once she got in she recovered the lost time quickly. Then the morning was pretty easy.  Ryan was early!  I pushed Tevon back to 4pm since Isi wasn't coming.
