Manager Communication: Keeping up with busy season stock levels has and is continuing to be a challenging situation in the current bar prep status. I look forward to settling in ASAP. But as always, our bar team is impressive.-LB 
I listed yuzu lemonade and vodka as the mystery cocktail to unload.-LB

I don't know if we can officially nominate the veggie burger for an Oscar, but it does feel like it will make enough theater appearances to be considered. I am spreading the word.-LB

BAR Staff Observations: 
Really smooth morning behind both bars.  Staffing levels were appropriate and everyone seems to have transitioned to our new menu offerings pretty seamlessly. JH


FOH Staff Observations: Katie helping out with dishes. All the servers helping by stepping back in the pass. Everyone is working hard now that we are at full throttle again. -LB

Sick Leave/ Call outs: 
Jeshua was still feeling unwell, so Gabrielle will be working his lobby close shift this evening.  He is scheduled to close Trees tomorrow, so I told him to reach out to Ian (opening bar manager tomorrow) in the morning and update him on whether or not Jeshua would be able to work of still need coverage. 7Shifts has been updated. JH Jeshua and Greg swapped shifts after I left work on Thursday so I was not able to update 7 shifts. Jeshua will be opening tomorrow. -LB

Special Events? 
Very busy ST&B this morning!  We were absolutely inundated with strollers and the landing by the family meal stairs was filled up pretty quickly.  I moved the tables and chairs away from under the projection screen at Trees and we directed guests to use that space as another strolling parking zone.  Also, ST&B will be back this Thursday, so I will make sure our stock levels for drink batches are good when I come in Monday.  JH

The baby shower up on Mezz went so so smoothly, you would barely have noticed them.  Raekwon was really present throughout and took great care of the guests and kept bar and runners dutifully informed.  JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
All bartenders have taken the fall menu quiz! JH

It was mentioned to me by several bartenders today that Thursday's menu meeting was the best one they have ever been to.  Just wanted to pass on the shoutout to everyone and their hard work for making sure it ran smoothly and efficiently! JH

86ed / counts on items: 
No more Barritts or High Noon in the walk in, but both bars seem to have an okay amount of stock, so we have not put it on a count yet. JH

Prep List: 
Natasha knocked out some batching and got us set up with some more Simple Syrup.  We will need to make more Blackstrap & Ginger Syrup before we batch Grog again, but we have a full batch in the walk in currently. JH
I made 2x tea as we were totally out. I made 3 lemonades, midnight cowboy, Naturelle and a bamboo Lounge cheater. Gus I think you need to buy one case of community for the bottles. I am short one.   -LB

Maintenance: Frozens at Trees need a doctor.   I tried to fix the gate in the lobby but my hack did not work.  The Trees ice machine was being a jerk, but hopefully it is on at night's end.  The frozen machine in trees FWWM was being a problem, so that is just on standby right now.--LB

Mobilebytes Issues: 
Natasha closed three checks at Trees Lounge under her number this morning.  I had her print out a checkout report and she bundled it with the checks and placed it in the Trees blue bag.  I updated her credit card tips on the Tip Pool Sheet, so we should be all set. JH
Cab Sauvignon on the POS should say Cabernet Sauvignon please.  Also the Non alcoholic Autumn in NY prints saying alcoholic on a lower line on the ticket, and should be considered for maximum mistake free bartending. -LB
I think that the Old Bay Potato chips need to come off the POS since they used all the potatos for family meal, they are still on the veggie burger and sides. -LB
Buffalo Trace and likely others are missing from the menu for Trees lounge. Back bar liquors were likely not on the doc, since they weren't changing? -LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
