Manager Communication: I moved the event waters to the bar storage closet. I took a small dunnage rack from the walk-in to put them on, we may want to get another, but we probably have enough shelf space in walk-in without one. -LB
The gents helped me move a dunnage shelf and we have an island in the liquor room-LB 
I found where the pantry beetles were coming from and they are gone now. Ian also located what was the rank smell in the liquor room, the drain I the middle of the room was stank. I dumped a bunch of the citronella stuff down it before we moved the dunnage rack over it. -LB
I think my admin shift being flex on Monday to accommodate helping a busy bar for whatever late cult seating we have is a good idea.-LB
I am going to make a master list and send to all bar staff but for now: 
Pineapple juice is in the walk-in. Blood Mary mix and bloody Mary concentrate are in the walk-in, this makes room for more syrups for batching purposes to be in the lowboy. -LB

AB2 and Lauren absolutely SMASHED it today. Prepped us up for the week and got the liquor room in fantastic shape. It's really coming together, and the hard work is deeply appreciated! Carly, Dion and I had a relatively low-key night aside from the magic show, which was nice and busy. 
I printed out and laminated another Trees Cocktail recipe sheet, as the one affixed to the wall in bar prep went missing. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Greg is a real champion of the bar team. Excellent work all day into tonight and always has a great attitude when there's a busy screening late into his shift. He is often tasked with a demanding last round on a long Monday shift and he always delivers. 
Patrick is a real team player and stuck around to help Nia with the Trees close (which was waylaid by the Magic Show crowd who lined up right at last call) - but they got everything all wrapped up at a reasonable time. - IP

Made a Naturelle cheater - was also going to make another Bamboo Lounge, but it seems we are out of the Noveis White Bitter (unless I couldn't find what we have). Juniper syrup will need to be made tomorrow, along with more Fro-Co and a Margarita Keg (it kicked at like 11:30 lol). - IP

Maintenance:
Another day, another weird rain-storm-inside-the-ice-machine. As per usual, it got back on track after a quick reset - but just noting to keep eyes on it in case it starts to get super dramatic. - IP

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
