Charlie was in the pass for the final busy round. He is getting his gears but I was pushing him and letting him know that the station was his and that I want him to own it and tell us what he needs. I think he'll be great but want to motivate him to take full control when in the pass. - AB2

Jeshua absolutely handled Lobby! I was able to get Charlie out of here by 10:00 and Natasha closed Tree's with Jeshua helping out with the tables and bar top. Big shout out goes to Natasha and Jeshua who absolutely bodied the shift and made my job easy tonight. - AB2

Holy heck it got really busy around family meal time. I went behind the bar at 5:15 to help do breaks and was there for 2.5 hours.

FOH Staff Observations: Monica and Grace are really on it. Great energy today.

Hiring/Training: Updated the bar training doc a bit

Sick Leave/ Call outs: Val is out with her foot, we did not replace her. 

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Can we add in the Bar email that when opening either drawer, they should be opening it to $0 and not $300? It just adds confusion to whichever bartender is closing. - AB2

Prep List: 
I batched a Suite 55 and updated the count. That was the last of the passion fruit syrup and I think we should have that as our end for the Suite 55. - AB2

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper. Manager Communication: Slow night at the bar, but The WOrst Person opened pretty big which was nice to see.  BAR Staff Observations: Everyone did great. Was able to get Jenn and Jo out earlyish.  FOH Staff Observations: Solid crew tonight, no issues on my end.  86ed / counts on items: Tecate Prep List : Should be all prepped up going in to tomorrow. We will probably need hot toddy at some point, but no urgency.  Over/Short on Banks: Lobby bar was $10 short.  Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Manhattan did not come in this week, so we did not get tecate or high life. Our rep is following up.
