I cut 2qts of Grapefruit for the event tomorrow. They are in Tree's in the lowboy where the fruit lives. They are labeled 10.18 because I cut them after midnight for ultimate FRESHness!! - AB2

FOH Staff Observations:
Erika was great with Dan today. Justine was always at the right place at the right time. Jovani was on top of things in her theater. Bre was killing it in TH5. Alex was doing his thing in TH3. Good crew tonight of servers. Justin and Eric stood out to me as runners tonight. - AB2

Hiring/Training:
I trained Dan through the pass area. I touched on traying up drinks, putting glass racks through dish, where bottles in the well live, where silverware lives, broken glass bucket, basic server knowledge (like seat numbers and rows in theater and best way to tray up for running drinks into the theater), I mentioned to never EVER rip tickets from the printer and why it is no bueno. All and all, I went through a lot with Dan and I liked how he was being proactive and very responsive to my direction and not having to be told again to do things. I showed him good habits to have as  server in the pass. - AB2

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
