Manager Communication: 
Ian and I investigated the Lobby soda stack situation. I think that the syrup on the floor was a combo of the coke that leaked last week not adequately being mopped up with a combo of the water that splashed down from the changing of the filters. Ian got down and scrubbed lots of gross stuff out. I tried to dry it out as much as possible so we have a clean baseline. The Trees Squeegee was down there and a brush with no attached handle was stuffed in the corner, we tossed it. I think now that it is clear and clean it will be easier to tell if there is an active leak. The Diet Coke bag is not leaking so it is not that.  
I went back down a few hours later to check since it seemed a little wet, could be condensation from ice well?  I took out all of the boxes. I sprayed all the tubes with windex and nothing stood out as leaking. So if you see moisture just try to determine if it is sugary.  -LB

Trees stayed full throughout most of the night due to the Mezz being closed, so it was bopping. Jurassic World sold really well, and the third round F1 in Th1 kept the service pass busy well past eleven. JH

BAR Staff Observations: 
Both bars were well into service by the time I arrived.  First floor had some busy pops, and Tevon stuck around to help Jeshua through the second round.  Matthew stuck around until a little before the third round began in Th1, and I helped Gabrielle through the initial service push while she tended to bar guests.  Overall a decent Wednesday night throughout the building. Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
Remind bartenders to keep the community vodka caps for the cheater bottles.  

Prep List: 
Ian cranked out a bunch of kegs. Spicy agave, FWWM. Keep an eye on levels since we don't have a batch shift this Friday.-LB

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Sarene, Skurnik, US foods, CWD, Empire. Gus special delivery.
Small US foods coming Friday. Baldor coming tomorrow and Saturday (limes, lemons, sugar, oranges, 1 case still water) 

Maintenance: 
Theater 1 and 2 floor drains need to be cleared majorly. I went in with some bleach after I did enzyme treatment a second time. I do think some stuff may have come up from the drain.  I spoke to Vlad about this as I can't direct Markenson very well with the language barrier. -LB

Manager Communication:  Another very busy day, with Th1/2/3/4 pretty well sold, or sold out, for multiple rounds.  Nonstop from the moment doors opened. JH Pretty much same here for the evening. Sunday 01.07 Ashley/Ariel

Manager Communication: Matthew and Miguel came in ready to crush this brunch. The Wizard of Oz, Wonka, and Poor Things all had great drinking crowds. Kelsey came in at 11AM & swung up to support Trees. Once Tevon got in we knocked out plenty of batches and syrups. We were able to cut openers soon after. -AB The Coconut Lime Slushie side of the frozen machine continues to be an issue. I don't understand because it's in the same style machine in Lobby, on the same setting. What do we do? (crying emoji, crying emoji). -AB We ran out of the Piña Colada umbrellas today. I was having bartenders just put a cherry in there. -AB2 I also no longer have access to this blogger anymore so I'm typing here from Ashley's account. -AB2 Customer Comments: Not a specific customer, but I noticed this weekend a lot of N/A Spritzers were being rung in "not too sweet". Manager Communication: The soda gun at Trees Lounge is having issues with Diet Coke. It has moments of coming out with no syrup. There is syrup in the bag still so I think Coca cola should be contacted to have it checked out before it is a further issue. -LB Super busy Sunday chilled out for a chill evening. -LB Customer Comments: While helping out Josef in the lobby today I had an idea that might streamline his tendency to takeover the attention of the lobby bartender or floor manager (or anyone who stops to chat, haha). Since he usually calls in to get his tickets beforehand, we know when he's going to be coming in - since he ALWAYS asks what movies we have coming up, and if we will have x, y or z - maybe we can print out an easily readable piece of paper with the upcoming schedule (as we know it) that we can hand to him and tell him all the information is on the paper.
