Manager Communication: 
Postponing bar storage organization to next Tuesday when the tables/chairs are out for a little more maneuvering and it isn't 99 degrees.-LB

Trivia-less Tuesday still had great business at the bar. The sold out concert thing had a great crowd and they stayed for a while afterwards. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Team was great - Darius stuck around way longer than anticipated with the business at Trees, and was instrumental in keeping service smooth at the bar and at the service pass. I had to jump in at the pass when the theater 2 concert crowd let out, but otherwise Darius and Tevon crushed it tonight. Greg was just as great in the lobby. - IP

FOH Staff Observations: 
Raekwon as always killing it in the tower all alone.-LB

Finn could take a little more time and care to check the floor for red ticket flags - on more than three occasions tonight he interrupted the flow of drink service to ask if we knew where X number was - when the bar team forgets to put a number on, I am always happy to assist - but each time tonight the orders were rung in and set up correctly. I scanned the floor and found the numbers without even having to leave the pass - so it wasn't an issue of the numbers hiding - I think he just didn't feel like looking. - IP

Special Events?
Heaven and Earth... - Was a great turnout and a great crowd before and after at Trees. - IP

Staff Meeting Agenda notes:
Had a great bar meeting - very proud of the whole team for absolutely crushing the Superman/F4 weekend extravaganza. Great work all around. - IP

Lots of lost glasses and sunglasses today. - IP

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor came. 

Maintenance: 
I treated bar prep sinks and drains for flies-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Sunday 4/6/25 Ian/Lauren

Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
