Manager Communication: I put Junglebird behind the bar as the mystery cocktail. -LB
The front door was opening and closing itself in Lobby today. I turned it off, then turned off the auto doors breaker for about ten seconds. Then turned it back on, this worked, but only for about 30 minutes, I have told Matthew.-LB
Next Tuesday after the manager meeting we will organize the bar storage closet so any other departments with stuff in there can help. -LB
A broken bottle of Rittenhouse was rung into spillage.-LB

A blessedly chill evening after the crazy Monday night y'all had last night. Kayla came in at 9:00 and we sailed into the end of the evening with ease. - IP

BAR Staff Observations:
Darius and Patrick have a great eye behind the bar - there were a couple of odds and ends that hadn't been totally updated that Darius flagged, and then Patrick spotted the cracked bottle of Rittenhouse. Greg held down the lobby no problem. - IP

Prep List: 
Negroni keg. We need to do Rebel. -LB

Will do a full assessment when I get in tomorrow morning. - IP

Over/Short on Banks: $1 over lobby bar to start day. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: Baldor came. 

Maintenance: 
Draft Choice came through and cleaned all of our lines today.-JH
I bleached and cleaned the drying rack and dish sinks at bar prep. I will be adding this step to closing protocol one night a week to each bar.-LB

I finally got a date in the books for the lowboy service. Monday July 28th 11 am. I am annoyed they can't come sooner but I feel they exude confidence in their abilities-LB

Mobilebytes Issues: 
Most Ardently is still at 0 on the 86 list but no longer on POS, just fyi.-LB

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
