Manager Communication: Killer team this am: Gus, Rebecca, Gil & Jeremy to round things out. Feel like everyone got a ton accomplished. Was great. Dion came in as relief. - GS

BAR Staff Observations: Patrick was a bit behind the 8 ball today due to trains and such - GS

Matthew and Natasha were absolutely stellar in Tree's during the events. TH3 had their after party at the same time that TH2 PRVT Event had their pre-party thang. Lots of peeps were in the building and they absolutely BODIED that rush.
Jeshua rocked out Lobby solo with no issues at all. He was on top of his game. Jeshua has really become such a strong team member. Especially when working solo in the lobby. - AB2

FOH Staff Observations: Rebecca is literally always a pleasure to work with. - GS
Jovani was awesome tonight in TH1, helping out the bar with dishes, and other minor bar needs. She was also killing it in the theater and her and Alayna were a good team in there.
Thursdae is dope. I was about to run a tray to TH4/6 that was sitting a bit and then Thursdae came through to run that even though it wasn't their theater. They really work like they have been here for longer than they actually have been. Happy to have them on the team - AB2
Servers had the best flip in TH2 going into the private event. I have never seen a faster flip in all my time here. I made sure to tell all of them that they CRUSHED IT because they were absolutely on point. - AB2

Hiring/Training: Interviewed 3 bartenders today - GS

Sick Leave/ Call outs: None. - GS

Special Events: We was just knockin out events left and right over here. I was mainly involved in the TH2 Private Event. Everything went well on my end of things. Was a dope event. - AB2

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: Have a potential new protocol for ticketing, want to discuss it at staff meeting and bar meeting, but I think it will be a net positive - GS

Tecate was 86'd tonight... ONLY because all the ones we did have were warm in the walk-in. I had bartenders stock them in the lowboys so we will be good tomorrow. I un86'd it at the end of the night. - AB2

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
