Manager Communication: 
Fantastic Four had a really great opening night, with all three screenings doing really well, with Superman not too far behind.  Trees had a pretty busy crowd throughout the evening, with plenty of folks arriving early to movies, and a fair amount just coming to hang at the bar.  

BAR Staff Observations: 
Once Jeshua got in, Gabrielle floated on up to Trees and rocked through the second round with Matthew, Natasha, and Tevon.  We were able to sort coverage for restocks in between service pushes, and bar team made it look easy.  Both Gabrielle and Tevon were able to get out of here around 8:30, and then Matthew clocked out once the initial service push for the last round in Th1 was over.  As is to be expected, both Jeshua and Natasha closed each of their bars without issue. 

FOH Staff Observations: 
Really great work from the servers in the bigger theaters, and shout out to Evan for holding down a pretty bustling first round first floor mostly solo. All of the new leads have really been making efforts to be present and communicative during service, and it has been really nice to see them step into those roles. JH

Staff Meeting Agenda notes: 
The shelves in the liquor room that hold our miscellaneous open bottles and red wine have gotten a little unwieldy.  I have an idea on how to streamline some organization, and will take a crack at it tomorrow once I've finished inventory.  Hopefully this will also help keep staff aware that we should not be leaving open partially-full boxes in the liquor room, as well as keeping any overflow product off of the ground. 

Also, I'm unsure of what project the new storage bins in the liquor room are for, but could we get them unboxed and set up sometime this weekend?  If not, could we store them in the bar storage closet at Trees in the meantime?  It would really free up some floorspace, especially when it comes to trying to get deliveries brought into the room, too. 

Prep List: 
Prepped a list for Tevon in the morning, and will be here before he arrives to go over it.  The main things are: an Old Fashioned keg, Silver Surfer, and, of course, Fire Walk With Me and Lemonade.

Since we started the day down a Margarita keg, Tevon was able to batch two, keeping one in a cambro so we are ready heading into what looks to be a busy weekend. 

Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: 
Baldor, To Rise, & US Foods arriving tomorrow. 

Lots of deliveries today: CWD, Empire, Manhattan, Skurnik, & Southern. 

Maintenance: 
The iced tea tumbler on the lobby bubbler worked fine overnight, so we refilled it with iced tea before we opened.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
