Manager Communication: Lots of coverage tonight. 

Customer Comments: Nothing crazy at Tree's.

BAR Staff Observations: 
Patrick and Tevon were absolute rockstars during the Great Kitchen Flooding Before Doors, and I could not have asked for a more helpful and adaptable opening bar team today.  Patrick was able to keep eyes on both bars during set up so that Tevon could help us out in kitchen, and both bars were ready for service once we opened.  I got behind the bar to help Tevon with some service tickets for the first Superman screening in Th1, but other than that both bars needed little assistance before closers got in. JH

I had Tevon get ahead of some of the batching for tomrorow, he made the Grapefruit cordial. I clocked him out at 7pm and had him clock back in as prep since he spent the last part of his shift completely off the floor.

Union really is not cool. I added something onto our order that I put in and got confirmation on on Tuesday. Only the add on came today and they said they can't get it to us tomorrow, but they are trying for Saturday. I gave them a piece of my mind in a very midwest way, and lets just say, they are going to bring us some kegs tomorrow and the rest on Saturday.  I do not suspect we will run out. -GS

Maintenance:
The middle well at Trees (the one under the beer taps) is out of commission until the plumber can reattach the pipes that they were unable to get to today.  They should be in first thing tomorrow morning, so we should be set for the weekend. JH

The ice machines have been working without issue since yesterday, around 6:30pm.  Checked both of them first thing this morning, and they were full and icy. JH    

Piggybacking off what Ariel said earlier this week, the cash drawer in Trees is kinda sticky. I had to really give it some TLC (I jammed it open with a knife). If this continues lets look to replace. Also Lets stop putting the cash bag under the drawer. That might help alleviate it a bit.

Manager Communication: Wyatt and I opened up the building in preparation for a very busy "Do the Right Thing" - otherwise it was a very quiet.  We don't get the FOH blog, so Ian didn't know about the grease trap back up, which caused some confusion this morning. Vlad said he would get to the drain in theaters 1/2 another day since today was a literal washout.-LB I put signs up to tell people to not put bags on the top of the ice machines, not considering the language barrier of Markenson etc.  I went through it with him after he replaced the boxes because he is so thorough, I believe he understood what I meant. -LB Timothy needs to get a run down about wearing an ear piece, he left his walkie on the water station, didn't even realize it. Manager Communication: Not much really happened tonight. Slow night in Tree's. - AB2 BAR Staff Observations: Gabrielle took the early cut since Tevon was willing to stick it out. Smooth sailing with no major kids films popping off.-LB I got Tevon out of here shortly after my arrival around 5. I then got Patrick out around 6:45. I was able to get Matthew out after the rush settled and he was out at 9:30. Jeshua closed Lobby and Fran closed in Tree's. - AB2 Special Events?  Team America World Police. Prep List: Natasha cranked out a big batch list: double Jurassic, Tang simple, infinity, lemonades, Moneypenny keg, bloody, she couldn't make bloody concentrate since kitchen didn't get garlic delivered-LB I batched a - Margarita - AB2 Ordering/Receiving/Shipping: US Foods, Baldor coming tomorrow.  Manhattan arriving tomorrow Maintenance: I put the faces back on both ice machines they both seem happy. Manager Communication: GATE UPDATE: The gate was weird coming down today. It opened yesterday without issue. But it kind of needs to be put up then down. It is a few inches from the ground, safe enough for us, but definitely something to keep an eye on. -LB Opened the building with Wyatt - No Budge was sold out but chill, same with the first couple screenings of Minecraft. Other than one absolutely dreadful guest (more on that below), everything was super smooth. - IP Ordered Green goblin since Theater 2 was having a drain back up. -LB Having Trees open to the public during this party is fine, however I think we need to avail the Trees cocktails to those customers but have to mitigate those being ordered when it is this busy. -LB I tested the Brix for To infinity. It is 15. I think the issue is the coconut milk (oil) and other ingredients have different freezing temps. I think if we push the mix every few hours it will be fine, but happy to adjust recipe if needed. -LB Ordered 2 cases ...
