Manager Communication:
The lowboy company is coming tomorrow at 11am to fix the lowboys, I reminded Ariel as he will be here.-LB
We really need some new walkies. There are many that do not work in some capacity or another at the moment.-LB
Customer Comments: A Volo player purchases a coke. I say $5. He hands me 2 crisp five dollar bills. I break the second down noting that a crisp five is perfect for a jukebox, I had him back his five singles. He is perplexed. I let him know he gave me two crisp fives. I explain if someone gives more than the amount I would break it down as change assuming that you want to tip. HE then asks for the crisp five dollar back because he has a thin wallet. -LB

Filmbot Issues:
I think we should have a hard batching ceiling of under 25 on the specials in the POS. Especially if there is a chance we are losing that special. Would love to discuss this Tuesday.-LB
Trees Lounge not having a second CC reader was causing frustration around 3:30 and Carly brought one from Theater 2.-LB
I am certainly game to discuss batching limits and protocols - I don't think we need to reinvent the wheel with this - shouldn't be too hard to implement. That said (I will take the L on this one - there was a miscommunication regarding what was running low - a bartender told me accidentally that the Silver Surfer was totally out - so I hopped to and made a single batch just to make sure we didn't run out - but only after I finished making the batch did I find two batches hiding in the walk-in. We have more Silver Surfer than we want to have batched at the moment, but the drink seems to be very popular and I'm sure we will have no problem getting through the batches before the week is even out. Just noting it here so when you see that there are three single batches of one special in the walk-in, you know it was unintentional and won't happen again. - IP

The ice machines are doing their "barometric pressure blues" today. I have tried to get them both going but they have not actively started producing ice as of 4:15pm.-LB
Yeah, still shitting the bed as of 10p. - IP
Gave both machines one more reset. Not sure how they'll do overnight - hopefully with the building able to cool down they'll get themselves back on track. - IP
I noticed the cover on the outlet on the left side of the lobby seating area has been pulled off and is basically just hanging on by a thread. Not a huge deal, but maybe needs a new one.
Right before I left I noticed the drip tray that catches the condensation from the A/C in the manager's office was almost overflowing. I grabbed a sponge and soaked up and removed all the excess water - but if that is supposed to drain, it isn't - and if it doesn't drain by design, we need to make sure someone is checking that drip tray, because if it overflows it'll spill directly onto a LOT of electronic equipment. - IP
Filmbot Issues:
Just a lil thing I learned today - in case anyone is not aware. if someone has an old gift card (one without the CVV on the back) - if you input the entire number on the bottom of the back of the card in the Card Number box, when prompted for manual entry, that whole number is all you need - you don't need the CVV. Figured most of us know that, but I didn't - so if you encounter a GC at a station with no card reader, it's still all good. - IP
